It's OK, I was expecting it to be larger.

I made my first quiche in a "real quiche pan" in the oven and it worked great. The quiche "popped" out easily and slid off the bottom just fine into a plate. i don't do the dishwasher thing so I can't comment on that but I can comment that when I "hand washed" it the little residue that was there easily washed away and i dried on a rack almost immediately.It has a label, as do all of their products, seemingly, that says it is "microwave safe". Welll ummm no....but I posted a question about that and almost IMMEDIATELY a representative answered that no it is not microwave safe, and it is a labeling problem so I give them kudos for that.So... again, it makes a great quiche, just don't use the microwave! :)

Bought this for a tart recipe and it was just ok. A bit lightweight to work with, and I wouldn't use it for pizza.

Turned to Amazon when I didn’t have luck finding a tart pan instore in my area. Arrived quickly with Prime and worked great for making a Bakewell tart. Released perfectly and was super easy to clean, no sticking. I did hand wash it but I’m sure it’d be fine in the dishwasher.

This tart pan is not quite as deep as I thought I might be but it is non stick and works well.

I haven’t used it yet but it seems rather flimsy.

I would buy it again.
