Questionable Authenticity
I had very high hopes for this water filtration system, but they were washed away when I found out (through additional research) that:(1) It is made in China and this information was not present within the product description at the time of purchase.(2) The product description (at the time of purchase) claimed that the filter was certified with the NSF and the WQA. However, I could not find evidence of this claim on either one of the websites.As a result, I returned this product and purchased an AquaCera system from an establishment that only specializes in various forms of certified water filtration for the home.

Disappointed
Bought this filter about a year ago. The water tastes better than the tap but not better than a Britta thus the hype that I saw about this item was a farce. There was no product information provided and thus I'm clueless on when to change the filter. And now I see the product isn't available. A big waste of money.

Excellent filter
I initially gave this a bad review because of extremely poor water flow. But the person who installed it for me failed to remove the protective covering from the filter! And there was no manual, so I couldn't figure out the problem. I would dock it a star because of the missing manual, but they get the fifth star back for their stellar customer service. It now works beautifully.

I just installed it yesterday. The hose connection at the sink came off during 1st use. I reconnected the hose, waiting to see if it happens again.Continued to have issues with this connection. The hose still come off from time to time.
