Having used a battery powered one for a year or so previously, this is definitely a step up. Plenty of power, no annoying recharging and a generous reservoir. The flow is really good and it doesn't take up too much room in the bathroom. It's fairly plasticy, but then it is plastic and lightweight so I'm no going to complain about that as long as the inner workings are durable enough. Been using for a month and it's worked great so far. One tip: make sure after you've filled the reservoir that it's pushed firmly down on the unit. If you don't press it down properly it'll struggle to pull water and sound a but more stressed.

This is the second one we have had and this newer model has been improved to make it easier to use and also easier to clean. Much more efficient than conventional flossing. Our dentist used to tell us we were not flossing properly. Since we have used the Waterpiks, he has been very impressed with the results.

Great price. Super powerful jet. Don't like tools in lid. Also hose expanding coil wraps and catches on everything. But it does a brilliant job.

Works well, a bit messy as water spats everywhere, but maybe user error!

The product is exactly what I need. I have sensitive gums and the different pressure settings are perfect. Its effectiveness in cleaning between the gaps is excellent. Charging is done via plug socket. It a easy to use. and good value for money as all the family can use it if buy extra tips. No problems with water retention as the container is well sealed. I rate it effectiveness 5stars.

This is my fourth water jet ‘flosser’ and, at last, it is one I am satisfied with. The previous ones were chargeable battery-powered devices, quite expensive, and only lasted about 18 months; the rechargeable batteries cannot be replaced. I tried another, which used ordinary batteries, but it was quite bulky and not very powerful - my teeth got a good sluice rather than a proper jet. This waterpik device works off the shaver socket and really does the job well with a powerful jet. The reservoir is bigger than that in the hand-held flossers and a good range of accessories is included. The only ‘down’ sides of the machine are that you need an adjacent 220v shaver socket to power it and a convenient shelf over the washbasin on which to put the machine. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Great addition to the dental routine. Gets to a new level of clean. A tad noisy but you get used to it.
