After churning ice cream in the Immergood machine you essentially have a soft-serve ice cream. Repack the ice and salt mixture in the ice cream tub and use this cover on the tub to hard freeze the ice cream. It’s just awesome!!
Ran a bucket of cream , pulled the paddle out and put the insulated cap on, I let it set about two hours before serving ! I cream was very firm and dipped and served up immaculately

Good accessory
It’s an easy way to cover the freshly frozen ice cream and keep it packed on ice. The only way it could be better is if it came with a proper sized cork for the canister lid
