These were so good. Not going to lie I ended up eating them in 2 sittings....so good. Perfect level of salt . I would have liked a little more garlic flavor but I've never found any that were any stronger so these might be as good as it gets.

I'm going to review two flavors in the same review in the order I tried them (one bad, the other good). First up, Garlic Onion. Everything about this product screams quality, from the packaging to the freshness of the nuts themselves... everything except the flavor. While yes, it tastes of garlic and onions, it is unpleasant and sour. A complete flavor misfire Setton Farms should reformulate. I had to dump two bags of leftover seasoning from Wonderful Pistachios Jalapeno Lime Pistachios into the Setton Farms Garlic and Onion bag just to get the flavor to be halfway decent (it cut the sour and added more salt and spice). I will never buy Garlic Onion again, and it was a horrible first-time experience trying Setton Farms. I only bought them when the Wonderful Pistachios I normally buy were out of stock. Now on to the next variety: Setton Farms Jalapeno. These had a better, neutral pistachio flavor (not sour) and a nice SLOW BURN of heat that kicks in after a few seconds... and lingers for LONG MINUTES afterward. Very nice! Different from Wonderful Jalapeno Lime, but a good alternative. The Setton Farms Jalapeno is even higher heat than Wonderful (at least in terms of how long the sensation lasts), so which brand wins really depends on which you prefer: heat or flavor. Setton Jalapeno earns 5 stars for the heat, and 4 stars for the flavor, while Wonderful earns 4.5 stars for the heat, and 5 stars for the flavor. For my star rating, I'll split the difference between the 2-star Garlic Onion and 4-5 star Jalapeno. That gives Setton Farms a 3 star average. It also makes me leery of trying other flavors from them, since the flavor quality can ru the gamut. That said, everything else about this brand is consistently high quality. I really don't understand how the Garlic Onion flavor ever got approved. It hurts the brand. If my first experience had been the Jalapeno instead, that would have left a much better impression.

Omg, the taste is amazing and not over powering...

My nephew asked for these for Christmas. He said they were good and he ate all of them by himself.
