The headphones work flawlessly with both my ps5 and my mobile via bluetooth. The dongle provided with the headphones never gave me any issues and connected immediately to the headphones. The microphone has an awesome voice quality and clarity and the sound is just the best as the headphones can get very loud with good bass and the dual connection works great. The mic monitoring feature is also great and I personally think that these are the best gaming headphones in general for the price.

To be honest this is the best headphones I've used for ps5 .. trust n buy as this is from a Sony.. designed for gaming. Don't use to listen songs n all.. that dongle does the perfect job . You can see the clear lag free experience while playing call of duty n other war based or shooting games

I have been using this device for past 1.5 years, and so far everything noce. Sound quality was good, and mute/unmute functionality working good. Noise cancellation is also fine.I have been using this for 1.5 years now, and there is no complaint with regards to sound quality or noise cancellation.In between however, I faced connectivity problem where it was simply not connecting to any device, and no sound coming. After hard reset, it started to work.

It’s one of the best sounding Sony headset with compatibility with PC/PS and also can take calls on phone using Bluetooth while you can game. The mic boom is not detachable so not best for public transport use but for gaming and content watching doesn’t the best job for the price

Good for gaming and comfort.

This is a beautiful looking headphones.What is good in this -1. Sound in games : Amazingggg. You can clearly hear where enemy is, not just on your right or left but in front or back of you or at 30 degrees from your front. Disclaimer on that also : gun sound in Valorant was really sharp right out of the box and I hated it but after some settings I did for music helped in that. For valorant specifically I freakin loved the sound performances.2. Comfort : even after using 6-7 hour spans continuously on weekend and they were so comfortable, if you know the feeling you feel after you remove your headset after long use and you feel comfort after removing them, despite being 300gms they are really cozy you have them on your ears or not feels almost the same.3. Bluetooth and dongle connection simultaneously works very efficiently. You can game and talk to your girlfriend at the same time if there is a scenario like that, she won’t hear game sound. ( but your homies can hear because it is the same mic, so mute the game chat)What is bad -1. No noise cancellation, your team can clearly hear sounds coming of cars from road if a window is open, or sound of cooking going in kitchen.2. Sound is kinda low, bass is bad. 3d audio is amazing but overall it isn’t fun to use it for music. And it is low for someone who doesnt like too loud music, so you can guess It is pretty low.3. Way to big -they look too big on your head, you will never be using them while travelling or anything, colour combination is cool but too big.4. Battery backup is not what they say - 40 hours battery backup is a joke. It is hardly 12 hours.5. Wanna watch a movie sitting in your bed coz you got a wireless headphone and u can? That volume control button is going to say “No mate, if you do I will start rubbing myself with ur pillow and will move up and down as I wish”. You can wear the headphone the other way around you will say but then your mic will be squished against the pillow and you don’t wanna damage that, do you?I returned the headphone as for me it wasn’t good enough for this price.Summary : Game sound and comfort are two things it is the best at for sure. Noise cancellation, music performance, battery backup, use in bed(due to mic) or while travelling(due to big size) are the big drawbacks of this headphone for the price.

Writing the review after 2 months of usage. The product quality is not upto the mark the headband cousion cloth got loose and when went to service center they declined the repair even after i am ready to pay for the repair as it went under physical damange.Thank you sony for the worst service experience. Never gona buy sony headphones now. There are much better options available in the market with better service.
