Is this peanut butter good for a diet??

Like most things peanut butter is good in measured Amounts. Great in porridge very healthy and good fats

What oils does this contain?

It doesn’t say on the ingredients, roasted peanuts 84% cocoa mass 8 % coconut sugar cocoa butter natural flavouring. I thought it would squeeze out the top like a sauce but mine is really thick more like a spread and I have to scoop it out 🤦♀️ I checked to make sure it’s in date and it is so mine may have been an unlucky one but it’s definitely not a drizzler! Hope that helps
