It’s reasonable, however I bought this in May (it’s now mid-July) and the tilting (back and forth) arm has lost it’s function… So I can’t have the phone in any other position apart from upright. If I try to tilt the mount forward, it just falls down as the part involved has loosened and cannot be tightened

The above item is made of plastic. It is not well made as it bends easily while I was trying to adjust the screw.
