Loved the whole book didn’t dislike anything and I bought it for myself it was a gift to myself but of course I will share the book love love love love love!!!!!

Beautiful book! I've been wanting this book ever since I found out about it. As much as I would have loved to be able to afford the limited edition $1,000 version, I just couldn't do it. The fact that this was only $30 is a steal after you see all of the pictures. After I re-watched Gentlemen Prefer Blondes this weekend, I finally decided I should definitely get this book. All of the unpublished content is a must-have for any Marilyn fan or fan of classic movies in general. My favorites were the pictures of Marilyn with Marlon Brando- swoon!This is probably one of my favorite purchases and is great addition to my book collection.

Who could not be fascinated with Marilyn; young or old. I know someone my daughter's age who has a Milton Greene photo of Marilyn on his wall. From the first cover photo throughout the book of photos on every page of a wonderful array of Marilyn photos all by Milton Greene, each one is a delight of her warmth, her vulnerability and her sweetness that many people did not see. Greene knew how to get the best of Marilyn in his work of 50 sitting sessions. GREAT JOB not only of Marilyn photos but also Milton Greene's legacy.

Having been a Marilyn Monroe collector for 30+ years now, I thought I was very familiar with Marilyn's collaborations with Milton Greene, and have found his photographic images of her to be my absolute favorites. I must admit that even I was shocked by the exquisite photos and inclusion of previously unpublished sittings and photographs contained in this book. The many projects they undertook together express a unique creativity, as well as the beautiful way the "eye" of Milton's camera viewed Marilyn. I knew I would love and treasure this book, but it managed to even exceed my high expectations of the magic Marilyn and Milton created together. His son, Joshua Greene, has done a magnificent job of providing an abundance of stunningly beautiful, rare, and previously unreleased photos. In addition to the sumptuous beauty and quality of every image, each sitting is prefaced by a detailed remembrance of the history, circumstances, and creative process behind it, which enables the photos to jump off the pages and give the viewer the feeling of having been present in the moment in which each work of art was created. I consider it my own personal Marilyn Monroe Museum of Photography that is available to me 24 hours a day! Milton H. Greene must be very proud of the love, time, and attention to detail his son put into making this lovely tribute to the memory of Milton himself, and his lovely muse, Marilyn Monroe. I would give this book far more than 5 stars if I could!

A dreary cool Sunday, it's early afternoon & autumn has arrived here in New York City. Still in my robe & a cup of coffee bedside- the uninvited jolt of my buzzer goes ignored. Moments later, a remembrance! Slipping on my sandals I dash down 3 flights of stairs hoping the box will be there and that my robe won't open. Inside the entrance, large, beige & wrapped with Amazon tape, happily, robe still in check, I lug the surprisingly heavy box into my bedroom. Upon opening- a sight to behold- on the cover- with neither title nor text, a beautifully clear image of Marilyn stands alone gazing back at the viewer. On the back- no summary, not one letter- only an image of a "candid" Marilyn in bed, whose eyes, once again, seemingly meet the reader. With only the binder reserved for the title, the cover & back invoke a feeling of startling intimacy, their lush quality and fine attention to detail set the tone that runs consistently throughout the book. Cozying up with the heavy book & a cup of coffee, for the 1st time I experience a book from the beginning to the end. Having long considered Milton Greene Marilyn's best photographer I've been hoping for his archives to be shared with the world. Thank you Joshua Logan- you've created a masterpiece cementing your father's legacy as a Fine Artist- a truly magnificent photographer and you've provided a real jewel for Marilyn Monroe fans. Bravo!

I really can't add anything to what the positive reviews already say - it is a beautiful book.But I was surprised - I bought the reduced size for less than $20.00 thinking it would be about the size of a postcard collection.NO... It is a nice full size book with thick pages and is well made. The photos are so outstanding that even of those I've seen before, there are nuances that I missed in the originals.For most of my books this size and quality, I have paid upwards of $60.00; am amazed it is (as of today) only $17.

I have been a MM fan since I was a kid and this book is a treasure and a true treat for serious collectors! This limited edition that has a signed authenticity certificate by the author and son of the late, great photographer Milton Greene who him self knew Marilyn as a child is a real treat! There are only 250 of these signed by Joshua Greene and to own this is a must, I know that as time passes this Limited Edition will Increase in value so snap it up now and cherish it. The photos are beyond stunning and you will never get tired of looking at them. One more thing is that with this limited edition you get a photo with the book, I got the negligee one! Again, a Great Book for all Marilyn Monroe Fans!

Brought this as a Birthday Gift for myself! It is a big, thick, heavy book that is sealed in cellophane. It is a truly truly beautiful book, jam packed full of beautiful pictures of never before seen or rarely seen pictures of Marilyn! Both colour and black and white pictures of her! It also gives dates and detailed information about when the pictures were took and gives detailed information about the photo sessions themselves. I guarantee you that this book would make a fantastic gift for any Marilyn fan!!! I'm really glad I brought this! I'm very pleased and happy with it! I've always been a massive fan of Marilyn!!! This is the second book I've brought about Marilyn and I'm so glad I own this too now!!! I'll treasure it!!!

Book itself is ok with photos not that good quality which was surprising. It is very expensive and I might use some photos from the book to cut and frame. Very big size and the hard cover has like a paper cover as well with a photo. That paper cover was ripped on the side and when I have removed it noticed on the black hard cover very large and deep indentation as if someone poked the book with the screwdriver.. A bit disappointing..

This book is absolutely beautiful, just perfect, can't fault it.I would highly recommend it for any fan of Marilyn Monroe, the photographs are amazing. The quality is superb, just love it.

Quality book. Reasonable price. Overall very happy. Milton Green is definitely one of the best Marilyn Monroe photographers. I would suggest purchasing a copy asap because the price will in all probability go up and up.
