I love this product...it really helps releasing pain and muscle tension in one sitting. It's a must have for anyone suffering from chronic pain issues. My only reservations are:1. It doesn't come with a remote and there's no way to distinguish the power button from the others. So when using on the back, where you can't see the instrument, you need to rely on a mirror and lots of twisting about. Or perhaps another person's help altogether.2. The surface area needs to be sufficiently large. On a fairly skinny arm or leg, the vacuum may not take.But overall it is a great product.

I love these suction cups for pain relief. When I cannot get a massage, I use these to help relieve the muscle tightness in different areas of my body. This really works. Be careful though while using the heat. I actually burned myself on my arm in two places.
