The Hyperice Venom 2 has been the perfect companion to that routine. A 15-minute session with the belt warms up my lower back beautifully before I get into my stretches. I’m a big guy with a 37/38-inch waist, and this belt fits just right. With three heat settings and three massage modes, dialing in the perfect combo was easy. Heat level 2 with massage level 1 is my sweet spot—especially after a round of golf. What really sets this apart for me is how it delivers targeted relief to my lower back without the awkward contortions required to use a massage gun. For anyone looking to loosen up their lower back and make stretching more effective, this was a solid investment.

This thing is awesome. +The velcro does a good job securing the wrap where I can easily walk around with this without it falling. +Heats up pretty quickly. It has 3 heat settings. The 3rd is really hot and I can only use it for a minute or so. 2nd is the sweet spot for sure and I actually end up sweating sometimes. 1st setting gets noticeably warm. Goodbye heating gel pads. +Vibrating/Massaging works well. Really prevents my back from getting stiff while I'm sitting at my desk, so after I get up after a long work session, I'm not bent over in discomfort. I even wore it while driving to the store to prevent that stiffness after the drive. +Battery life seems pretty good. Can get a few sessions in before needing to charge. Honestly can't think of any cons other than this not being able to do cold treatment, but that's crazy.

Fantastic product! I get periodic back spasms and end up just suffering through the day. This rechargeable back heating and massage worked great. I can select 1-3 different heat settings; but 2 is hot enough. I also will cycle through the 3 different massage settings to work through the muscle. Worked better than I expected. Very comfortable and secure to wear it and I am sure it reduced the duration of the pain. No problem with battery life.

Powerful a d at the same time gentle. Gets as hot as you want and variable vibrations that meet my varied needs. Awesome! Got it same day! Yay!

I got this product to help with my sciatica. It warms up insanely fast and I love the different heat and vibrating options. It was pricey, but worth the money in my opinion. I love wearing it around while I'm doing normal house chores as opposed to staying stationary like I would with a normal heating pad. The only gripe I have is that the battery doesn't last that long. I'd say with constant use, it lasts about two hours. It charges quickly, which is nice!

Product exceeded expectations, easy to use, long battery life per charge. Would highly recommend for lower back pain.

I have been a hyperice customer since when they only made compression ice wrap and I have gone through most of their products through the years. The Venoms have been a hit or miss product so far for me. The first gen leg and back failed after 2-3 years with either internal wires breaking or battery/screen failing. I gave up on the leg but was able to re-connected the wires for the back to extend its life for a bit. The 2nd gen back and shoulder have been fine so far after a year or two of use. However, the Venom 2 leg, which I purchased two years ago and have been heavily using, suddenly failed. The vibration feature still works, but it does not heat up anymore. A few weeks ago I first noticed the wrap would over heat (the heating pad, not the battery), then shuts down by itself shortly (orange led flashing when it has been fully charged). I was guessing maybe there is some loose wires again so I unzipped it to see what is going on. The thermostat, which is supposed to be taped onto the heating pad, got loose. And there are two cracks on the heating pad. I did not inspect further but I guess it concludes why it is not working. Don't get me wrong, the Venom 2 line is an amazing product line, when all things are working. I am a heavy user for these products and I have seen thru all the wear and tear. I still believe in the brand and hope they can further improve their design.
