I take caster oil regularly to help my colon and digestion. This has been a super product. Its a full 750 mg. Easy to take. If your like me, it is hard to take the liquid. I find the pill so much easier. These are not hugh caps. They are medium size. you can tell them seem very fresh. And no test, no after taste nor odors. They have the bare basics for preservative in the caps. and the source has been in business a long time. I would recommend these. They work great for me, I know that so I feel very comfortable recommending.

Caused bloating, gas, and pain
I bought these to help with bloating and occasional constipation, but as early as day 3, my stomach hardened, the bloating was way worse, and I'm gassy. They did the exact opposite of what they're supposed to do. I thought the symptoms may be temporary as my body adjusted to a new substance, so I continued to take them as directed. It never did get better, though, and after 10 days of ever worsening issues ... I'm returning whats left. If I wanted to feel like this, I'd eat Taco Bell twice a day.
