So, not even a VERY moist batch of artisan dough used for pizza crust stuck to these, which was admirable compared to some pizza pans I've used in the past. While these seem like they'll perform just as well as the rest of the Casaware pans I got, I also feel like the fact that you really can't (or at least shouldn't) cut directly on these is more of an inconvenience for the pizza pans than it is for the sheet pans or others. That said, compared to something like a pizza stone that could take that kind of abuse and also crisp up the bottom better, these are sooo much lighter. For their benefits, I don't mind having to slide my pizza off of the pan to let the bottom crisp up for a few minutes, or having to cut it on a cutting board when it's done, but I imagine some people might. If you want to be able to cut your pizza on the same thing you bake it on, you should look elsewhere.

I have two of these cake pans, and I bought them because my favorite loaf pan and brownie pan are casaWare, and they're awesome. In the past, I seem to have issues because no matter how I'd grease a pan, things would stick. The first time I used my casaWare loaf pan, I used a very light layer of canola oil, and the bread literally fell out. Wow! The same is true with these round cake pans. And they're rated for a high temperature, which is handy if you're baking bread with them.One catch is that since I've read reviews from people who have damaged the non-stick finish on these, I treat them like thin glass. I'm careful what I put them on, I put them down very softly. I wash them gently using a sponge. I dry them very softly or let them air dry.Since I bought these cake pans (which have already been through a number of cakes), I also bought a casaWare muffin pan to add to my growing collection. Maybe they won't last forever, but so far they're made my baking a pleasure as I won't have to figure out how to get the bread, cake, brownies or whatever I'm baking out of the pans. Wow, I must share no matter what I bake in or on casaWare, all my years of baking from the secrets my Grandmother from the early 1900s n from my Mother these pans are amazing out of this world. No matter what happens over bake, done just right, or a bit underbaked, warm pan, cold pan or the next day, slide out, fall out, to flip upside down nothing sticks. Best part simple cleanup warm soapy water soft cloth stand dry or towel ready for your next baking adventure.

I absolutely love this whole line of Casaware!! I now own all the pans and sheets I need to replace the old ones (different brand) that I had. These are so easy to clean, never burn any of my food, and no need for any kind of spray for non sticking! I will FOREVER have these and when I need to replace them, I will buy them all again!PS, I bought all red, which is a bonus because it matches my kitchen. I love that colors are offered instead of the boring steal.

Worked great for a while, nothing stuck to it and it cleaned up super easy. I use non stick safe cleaning pads. Suddenly the ceramic has started to come off. Disappointed. This was a grrat pan for a while.

I bought this pan for making cakes for my son's birthday party, and when I put the batter in the pan I forgot to line the bottom with some parchment paper and instead just oiled it, not thinking. I was expecting a mess trying to get it out of the pan and instead it just literally fell right out. Now, I've only used it once so far but I'm impressed!

Used the pan today and I really like it!!! The cake released from the pan easily and was perfectly baked. I already have a loaf pan from Casa Ware and it's great. I highly recommend this companies products.

These ceramic pans are ahhhhhmazing. I got a Bundt pan before and was so impressed I had to get these to make a cake. They release so well!! I will be buying the bread pan and the 9x13 next.
