Realm of Monsters

First of all, that cover rocks! Absolutely gorgeous and the monster is delicious. But now the 3 star explanation. This book started out pretty strong. Absolutely loved her first introduction to the guys. The insta-smex was juuuust believable enough considering the circumstances. But it slowly unraveled from there. Madison kind of got annoying and the dialogue and description surrounding smexy time was weird. The culmination of the story blew my mind, and not in a good way. As a science nerd, I do enjoy brushes with the theoretical nature of existence and connectivity, but this went over the hill and around the bend with that ball. I’d say my general impression is that this was a very young person (or perhaps immature?) writing this and wrapping everything up in a super duper happy ending bow with sprinkles on top. I guess I’m too old and jaded to have truly appreciated it. Also, what happened to the actual murderer of the person that they framed the other dude for for murder of!?! Sigh…guess we’ll never know.

An entertaining read with loads of steamy scenes. The only downsides were that the near ending didn’t make enough sense it just seemed too unexplained, but expected to be completely understood.

This story is quick and to the point yet not too short. Has lots of good smut, yet still has a decent plot. I was pleasantly surprised by this book and it was worth the read .

I usually do not write reviews. This was a fun book to read, and left you in a mysterious fog of unanswered deep questions. However, the sizzle was scorching, the concept was decadent, and the construct well done. Be open to reading this one as a metaphysical (as well as very physical) component is a huge part of the plot. Although some things were left unanswered, it was a great short and very unique book to read.

Good characters , strong female lead and great steam. This is my first read from this author, I hope she writes more.

A lot of missed opportunities in this book for some seriously great spice with a foursome. But for someone who isn’t use to really top notch multiple partner spice, this is a good walk in.

This book is a little short, but well worth the read. I love the characters, and I love the chemistry between them, too. The storyline went in a different direction then I thought it would, but it was also just as good as I thought it would be, too. So all in all if you like the idea of one female lead, and several handsome, loving guys, this is the book for you. Just don't expect it to be long. The ending is sweet, and the characters have a unity to them throughout the whole book. I definitely recommend this for a quick read.

Characters were ok, story line was good. I liked the justice that was served at the end. All together a good read.
