This is great. My parakeet was chewing up her wood perch. Now she likes this to sharpen her beak.

Won't clip or stay on the wire cage. Don't know what kind it fits on

I put them in the cage with some Bengales finches whose claws are getting a little too long (not taking the chance of trying to trim those!). Will update if it works to keep them lower, however, I had ordered other items at the same time and didn't realize that the shipping on this was $7.77!!! It came in a box about 4 inches square and about 18 inches long.

These are awesome for keeping a small birds nails and beaks trim, and adds a new source of much needed calcium if your bird chews it. I have a 16x16 cage for a parrotlet so I thought these would be a perfect size but they're ever so slightly too long. They still fit, but the cage wires have to bend outward if you want to keep the perfectly straight in the cage. Recommend!

Love this product. Our female Love Bird loves to take the wooden perch and chew it at the end till it breaks. So far no problems here. I need to see if I could get longer ones as we have a large cage.

My bird wouldn't land on this perch to save its life.

I love them but the bird doesn't like anything new. He is afraid of them so I had to remove them for awhile. He is like that with anything that is different til he gets used to them.
