Absolute rubbish - doesn't stick to tiles for more than 24 hours
I thought perhaps some of the other reviewers, just weren't setting this thing up correctly (sorry ... oh me of little faith)... however they were right.I aint dumb and i know how stuff works.I have cleaned the tiles (completely smoothe marble type tiling).I have tried different amounts of tension in the cuff you tighten to draw the suction cup out. I have tried first depressing the bit you are about to tighten before tightenting to ensure that is starts out flat and can therefore create a suction void.I think the problem is that the suction cup is material is too thick and therefore too stiff.crap design - not fit for purpose.May return or may use a dab of sealant to stick it to the tiles, not sure.Do not Buy!

Max-Hold Suction Cup Toothbrush Holder.
Purchased this item to replace a simlar item I had used for many years, I feel that this is a superior quality because the metal component is stainless steel which shouldn't be affected by the condensation or steam in the bathroom, meaning no more tarnish or pitted rust spots.Fitting is straightforward onto smooth tiles or even a mirrored suface...after fitting the stainless steel cup holder into the suction cup assembly, moisten the suction cap, push firmly into place, then screw up the knob to increase the suction...job done. Time will tell how long it remains in place, but I would expect the suction cap to dry out over time? Other than that a fantastic item.

They've been up 24hrs now without falling off when applied as a stated.
It worked a treat, but I couldn't put them over the holes of the where the old units had been. They just wouldn't stick and would fall off within a minute. I had filled the holes with silicone, but it made no difference, so I tried filler, but it was no better. Still, I'm quite happy with them as I didn't want to drill more holes in the wall. I have some blue enamel paint for the holes.

I read reviews and kept fingers crossed!! 😂
Well, I had hoped the negative reviews were wrong, but no, should have took notice.. Husband attached to tiles, we left it empty for 12 hrs put 1 toothbrush and a small tube of toothpaste in and a few hrs later it fell offHusband repeated again and 2 days later its fallen off again, only thing I can see is to super glue it on, we shall see though. Do not recommend.
