Bought these after hearing about a dog who.would not leave the house due to nerves. We have two rehomed Chihuahuas who had been house dogs, my little girl had not seen a tree until we took them down to.our local.park. Over the past three years things have improved but my little girl was extremely nervous of other dogs, spinning and barking and my chief worry was that she might attract the wrong attention. So after reading about tbe affect they had on had on this other dog I thought I would try it. It has not an immediate affect, takes a few weeks, but this morning confirmed that they were indeed working. We met another Chihuahua and no spinning . My boy growled, but then he is not on pills and this was a rival for his girls affection but my girl got within sniffing distance and no barking or spinning in fact! she was wagging her tail. So if like me you have a nervous dog, try it. Being a small dog she is on a half tablet a day, works for her, not giving herself frights either. My suggestion if they do not like the taste wrap it is something they like.

Seemed to work well for dog frightened of fireworks. Tended to fall asleep within 30 mins of taking them!

These actually worked on our small Cavapoochon, just half a chew. She was so much more chilled in the evening, that we used it for a few weeks, there seemed to be no side effects. It didn't completely zonk her out but it stopped the barking and quite hyper behavior that she seems to have in the evenings, despite plenty of exercise. We felt these were actually a little bit of a miracle and are looking to purchase another tub.

I buy these fairly regularly- we have an anxious rescue dog who tends to be very barky and reactive to any and all noises when she’s in a certain mood, and these work very quickly. I’ve tried quite a few brands and I’d say these are the best in terms of effectiveness and the fact your dog will actually like them. They’re a bit pricey but well worth having alongside a cheaper, daily brand for when your dog is particularly stressed or anxious. Great brand in every way.

I bought these for my border collie that is terrified of fireworks i gave him a couple of hours before i knew it would start , he firstly would not take it directly, so i had to put with a pouch of wet meat . fireworks started about 2 hours later and he did not settle at all , shaking , drawling , and very unsettled , 3 - 4 hours later still no difference . they had no effect on him in any way such or form , non returnable product (however amazon did refund), i cant say anything good about it , i thought because it was expensive its going to help, but did nothing at all . and gave correct amount for his weight.

Ideal for use for dogs who really don't like fireworks and the like. Be careful, some dogs may bring it back up straight away. If so, give them half a chew, worked for us. We have 5 dogs, 4 Jack and a "something else" 3 of the Jacks need to be calmed down. These worked on all three, will be buying again given the cost difference of a vet consultation and medication...

Very disappointed. Crate training my pup Boarder Terrier and didn't make any difference in calming her down when left even for short periods.
