Nice product. The design and casing are good. Not for heavy micro-needling of skin. Only usable for upper epidermal layers for increasing blood flow or letting medicines get in the blood stream faster.Do not use with nicotine patches. Do not let kids have it - the needles are actually sharp and can cut baby skin easily.Cleaning every time with medical and alcohol based cleaners is easy.Ease of use and storage. It keeps dust away thanks to the casing provided along with it. Also the needles are protected. Overall good low to mid range product.

Received it today. The product is in good condition. The Derma roller box was lightly covered in dust, but it's OK as long as the product is fine. And one needle was slightly bent, but it doesn't make a difference since every other needle is in perfect position. Will update again after using to let you know about it's effectiveness :)

Its Good and helpful
I bought it for Rs.291 similar item in the offline (like derma care medical shops) market is 1000 to 1200 it's worth buying. Started using it and will update the results ASAP.
