The OG of Chili Crisp
I have been buying this brand of chili crisp for years now. I love the flavor and the ingredients they use. I highly recommend Lao Gan Ma. I use it in my instant ramen and when making fried rice, and other Asian dishes. I do recommend putting it in the refrigerator after opening so it will stay fresh longer.

Not too spicy!
I use my chili crisp on top of beef, chicken, shrimp. I also mix it with cream cheese for a tasty dip.

Ruined my frickin life
Dang. I bought this and it ruined my life. I have eaten it with every meal. I stay up nights thinking about it. You could tell me this causes impotency and I would still crave this savory spicy umami concoction. I would mainline this if it weren’t so incredibly crispy. I’ve eaten a lot of hard boiled eggs with this, which is an aside, but also a suggestion, as it is delicious. I would wed Cersei Lannister for a lifetime supply of this stuff. Highly recommend. Even came with a nice spoon

Wow Addictive!!!
What a great discovery! I really love this stuff on just about anything. The chile is hot but not too hot, and it really has crispy bits in it that are oddly satisfying. I put it on rice, pasta, even baked potatoes, meats, etc. Some folks pour some over vanilla ice cream. ... and of course just about anything else I have on hand.
