I bought this tablet mainly for reading books. I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality and complete package of this tablet for the price. So far, it works perfect. It is a little slow when you turn it on, but other than that, it is perfect for reading books and social media.

I got the tablet and received it the same day which is always great got it at 10pm, packaging was great my son who’s autistic uses the tablet with an app we have to communicate his needs. Well turned it on and it was slowwww like my internet is amazing and this wasjust pure snails pace but whatever got it set up then noticed the charger it came with was broken (the metal piece that goes in the charger was off) luckily I had chargers well then we turned the volume down it never went down 😳 even at the lowest setting and it sounded weird like it wasn’t coming from the speaker it was loud but muffled? If that makes sense, the color of the screen seemed really off (it was the blue shade) it was just off, then I look into the charger port and the piece inside is broken like crooked so thankfully it was fully charged when it came but I couldn’t charge it anyways…well now we’ve gotten to the end I contacted Amazon thru the chat system they made me go through all this reset stuff which I get for their end to say they tried (even though the charger port was broken) well finally the women gave me step by step how to contact seller. I did they sent me a replacement fast but here’s the new updateNEW UPDATE!!This new tablet is horrible!! Package was broken and unwrapped like they gave me a refurbished one, it was dead when I got it and it won’t connect to my internet at all! I can’t do anything with this and on top of that the volume is still messed up. I want my money back this is the worst!

But the mouse won't work at all, hasn't worked since I pulled the tablet out of the box and I need the mouse.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with this package.It comes with a mouse, a screen protector, a keyboard, a tablet case, charger, and stylus!The color is nice, too! We ordered baby blue.We connected this to Wi-Fi with no problems.It is plenty fast enough for us to watch videos, and play games, for studying Hebrew, and write songs.We absolutely appreciate that the manufacturer has made these for a price normal folks can purchase!

Its a little diffucult to set up but once your in it is an absolutly amazing tablet especially for school work i love the fact i can control it from my phone and my daughter loves her new school laptop

The tablet does not stay connected to our wifi for some reason. And the charge cord it came with is a USB cord, not the USBC that fits it. Can't get anyone on product support, they just recommend a return or replacement. I have cords at home that will work, but it's a bit frustrating. Also, camera quality is sub par. Could probably have done more research and gotten a better product for similar price. Got it for my daughter so it works for what she uses it for, with the wifi issue. You get what you pay for.

Works great. Keyboard and mouse work well. Great quality. Slightly slow at booting up, but that not a problem . Plays video really well with VLC. Large memory. Good buy for students and youngsters

The button on the tablet has already fallen off of one of the tablet and the charging port became stuck while charging and broke in the socket, so we had to pull it out with tweezers.

Good quality for my 9 year old only problem it runs a little slow but worth the money

The speakers are probably pulled out of some other electronic and the speaker positioning is terrible, use earbuds. The tablet is still a steal though
