Product is too good & easy to Install. I had hell lot of problem with Cera closet. The company have replaced twice the seat cover but not satisfied. Hence had to order this seat cover after taking the proper dimensions and seeing the video. Go for it.Do not buy CERA make sanitary products. They are costly & product quality is not upto the mark. customer service is very poor.

Amazon services are on decline now?
I am loyal Amazon Customer since 5 Years. Recently, since last 3 months, I am dissatisfied. Sometimes product is faulty, sometimes it looks used or returned product, sometimes even replacement & return do not happen.

Customer Support (5/5):Very good! The customer service option was very helpful for me as it helped to choose the correct size of the toilet seat cover. They were responsive and prompt in providing all the needed information in quick time.Product (3/5):It's average quality. Major problem I am facing is in the placement of the cover with the fitting system provided. It's not so sturdy and the screws cannot be tightened fully else it will break. Now that I cannot tighten it fully, it moves around and causes discomfort while using. The slow sliding of the seat cover doesn't work as desired.
