They've been airing out for a couple of days, tomorrow I will be trying them. I like the 4 rings for each way, and they are adjustable - with Velcro. Nice touch, for the rings, and the Velcro. Very good quality - for sure! I recommend this product - air it out for a few days before using them 😁.

The media could not be loaded. The pair that I received are both made for a left foot. The adjustable strap and ankle padding are attached on the left side for both. I saw another review where they posted pictures and they also had a pair that were also for left foot but they probably didn’t notice or care, do I do lol. Due to this, I’m guessing that if I reorder I’ll have the same issue because these must be so quickly manufactured that they didn’t even bother to try them out so all pairs will be for left foot. Had these been a pair that fit right and left foot then they would be perfect. I can live with this defect but its still annoying given the price. I love the 5 points of attachment. I’ve only used these a few times, I hope they hold up after I start putting more weight on them. Judging by some of the reviews they don’t last too long, but let’s hope for the best.Update:I repurchased just to make sure that I didn’t received a fault pair, but as I had anticipated the replacement pair are also for just the left foot. (See last picture)I’m still keeping them, I just hate that they designed these so quick and cheap without inspecting them first, especially for $23

Love the quality and comfort. Great support for slim ankles. I tried a couple others but these are the most adjustable. Works & supports sizes between me and my husband great.

These are so much better than the ones I was using before! They are comfortable around my ankle and don’t dig into my skin when doing kickbacks. Tension in the glutes where it needs to be! Thank you!

These ankle straps are absolutely perfect. I can use them facing in any direction because they have clips on all sides of the ankles. I have no complaints and I’ve been able to do so many different type of workouts for my legs with the pulley systems. Can’t say there’s anything don’t like about them. Highly recommend.

Have destroyed a few sets of these very quickly. These will hold up well. Heavily used for a month and they are doing the job

The gel padding in these is much more comfortable than the angle straps that come with the resistance bands. The only problem I'm having is the strap that goes under the foot, it tends to slip a little when using heavier weights and needs to be re-tightened after a few sets.Update: Good for light to medium weights. After a few months using moderately heavy weight the stitching for one of the side rings is tearing out.

I like the way this ankle strap fully supports my foot and ankle, it keeps everything aligned and in a firm position throughout the cable movement. They don't slide or move around the ankle like other straps have done to me in the past, these will stay in place and allow you to target the muscle you want to work on.
