What I like about Truvani is that it has zero carbs, only 100 calories per serving, no sugar and 20 grams of protein. I have used Ka'Chava for years and will likely switch off between the two, but Ka'Chava has 240 calories, 7 grams of added sugar, and 20 grams of carbs. I would not recommend having Truvani plain, as several people thought it tasted like chalk. I mixed it with berries, half a banana, and a tiny bit of chocolate peanut butter and it was delicious. The best thing was that I was totally full after a half a serving. That does not happen for me with Ka'Chava.

Love that it’s truly unflavored! I bought the green + protein powder and didn’t like it. I thought the flavor would be subtle but it landed tart in my smoothie which was only made up of unsweetened soy milk, blueberries and bananas. With this unflavored powder, my smoothie tasted exactly how it should. I love how there’s only 3 ingredients and nothing artificial added. Will continue purchasing.

Love this protein powder. I used it when I was doing a strict sugar cleanse, while maintaining my protein intake goals. It and r taste chalky, I also added some coconut powder to it for extra taste and it was a treat! Great protein and little additives. Very clean.

it’s clean it blends well and stirs in well. my #1 protein choice always. so versatile!

This is the first protein powder I have been able to tolerate. I like that it comes in unflavored, so there's no fake sugar ickyness. Only three ingredients , and I know what they all are. I mix it with PB2, frozen fruit and almond milk for an after workout drink, and I stay full for hours.

Unflavored still has a flavor making it difficult to mix with certain foods. Mixing with coffee is an absolute no as it solidifies within minutes. Would not recommend and will not buy again

Truvani is a great company and has great products for those who care about their environment, their health and well-being. But somehow my stomach doesn't like pea protein so now I can't take this product. Unfortunately I cannot bring send it back to get my money because I already tried it, but that's how I found out that it upsets my stomach.

Great that it only has 3 simple ingredients and unflavored, except somehow they forgot to mention that it has a pretty high amount of salt in it which makes it weird. Most recepies you usually want to use this with are not supposed to have salt in them. I would easily give it 5 starts if they remove the salt or at least reduce it by 75%.
