Really have to mess with the settings but i really like the screen

The first night I got it I spent several hours adjusting the settings using the confusing back buttons on the monitor to navigate the menu just to get the picture to look good, not to mention after of month of barely using it it crashed on me. Do not buy this product

So i wanted to purchase a 4K monitor but under $400 if it was possible. So i was searching around and came across this monitor for gaming. Now the resolution says its 4K but only for pc even if u buy 4K HDMI cables and use a display port from which i have. If your looking to stream or game on a said XBOX or PS5, or Wii then this will only display the highest at 1440p which is just 2K. Kind of disappointing to learn that right out of the box will not display at 4K or HDR like it says. Maybe it will for PC gaming but definitely not for console gaming. If your looking to stream or game on 4K its best to buy an ODYSSEY or ALIENWARE monitor and fork up the extra $200. Update: make sure you have 4K cables and after a few setting changes you should be able to stream on 4K I found this out the hard way by just fiddling around with the monitor settings 👈

The color balance was all over the place on this monitor out of the box. I spent literal hours trying to calibrate and recalibrate to get a decent enough picture. Even then, I compare it to my much cheaper (now) secondary monitor and the color is very underwhelming. However, I have to add that the function to change resolution/frequency is very very nice. I wished other screen manufacturers would add something like this.

My son got this for gaming and loves it. An assembly part was missing for the stand but the seller promptly corrected it by sending a new one!
