Good product for the money
The order arrived earlier than expected and fit well following the instructions is key for a good fit as you will need to make some adjustments when installing. I am still able to remove the freedom panels easily. There was a small issue with the rack. However, customer service was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. Very happy with the overall experience and product. Looks great and what I was looking for.

Was not too hard to assemble. Fits well. Wind noise is low. Does rattle when going over bumps.

Mostly good, but...
Rear rail was bent (easily unbent), but the finish was also cracked. Instructions are very basic. Just be patient and clever, you'll get it. Getting the rear brackets on (rear window hinges) is tricky.

Great addition to my 2010 Wrangler JK
Hard to beat for the price. Very pleased with the quality of the rack too. Keep everything just finder-tight during install as you will need to tweak it a bit after getting in on top of roof. Very happy with install and looks.

Poor Quality Control
Everything worked fine until I got to the last bolt for the front bracket cover. The threaded hole was too small for the provided bolt size so I had to force thread a new hole. This took a long time and was very difficult. If I didn't need the rack for a trip I was taking the next day I would have returned it and got a refund.
