Love this soap! I was tired of soaps with intense perfumes that were overwhelming and made me nauseous. This soap smells light, fresh, and clean and it works really well.

I really enjoy this laundry detergent but my package came damaged! About a cup of detergent spilled out upon opening my package. Better packaging is needed because I know I am not the only person that this has happened to.

This is a small bag of detergent, but the instructions recommend just 1 to 2 tablespoons per load, so the bag lasts a long time. It works well with just 1 tablespoon per load in our HE washing machine. Fragrance is light not chemical like some of the name brand detergents.

Had high hopes for this when I first got product. Liked the smell, and liked the fine powder consistency. However, the powder does not cemetery dissolve and will leave white spots on clothing after completed. It leaves clothing very soft which I loved, but did not like white residue. I continued to give it more time, but began noticing some of the clothing was not coming out clean. Specifically, I had a pair of linen white shorts that I got some dirt (not a major stain), just dirt, and the spot was still there when I pulled it out of the dryer. I placed the shorts in the laundry sink and washed with warm water and friction only, and dirt came out easily. So if detergent can not remove what simple water and friction can, I will not be repurchasing.I have continued to use it however as a laundry softener and added it to regular Zote soap flakes which seems to be a good resolution combination.

This arrived from the vendor tamper evident heat sealed. It had a use by date (Jan 2025) labeled on the bag’s bottom.This contains 6.4 pounds of powder & they say it will clean 240 loads.6.4 pounds is 102.4 ozs, so that calculates to .42 oz. a load.I decided to measure a bit less than 1/2 an ounce into our washer to test how well this could wash a typical load of clothes.It has a very pleasant smell when you open the zip lock top, and less than half an ounce when measured out on a small herb scale looks like a good tablespoon of product.I used it & it seemed to clean as well as my regular liquid cleaner. I think the typical person would be prone to think they need 1/4 cup & would use too much at a time & waste this. If you measure it out correctly, it would of course last a great deal longer!

I love the eco-friendly ingredients in this laundry detergent and have been trying to replace what I using my home to eco-friendly products. While I love the brands mission and the care that's in the formulation, this does not clean really dirty cloths. If you do any sports or out door activities where you get a bit of grime on you, or have food stains from the kitchen. You will absolutely need a stain remover with this. The brand has their own stain remover stick they sell that I've yet to try. To resolve this, I have taken to adding a scoop of oxyclean with this product to help boost the cleaning. My clothes need the extra help. That aside, this is a gentle fabric cleaner with no-low suds. The scent is an aromatherapy based one that smells like lavender. Minimal scent linger and the fabrics feel soft. (not crunchy or hyper soft)

I wanted a refund or a new bag because when I opened mine it had a hole at the bottom and a lot of it spilled out all over me and the floor and this is an expensive soap to just have it wasted like that but I didn't want to do a return because it's ripped so idk how to package it again maybe in a big zip lock but then I would have to go buy zip lock bags

I'm not the biggest fan, but it's not bad. The bag is small and broke randomly, which is annoying. You don't need to use much, but I feel it doesn't always dissolve fully? Also despite it being unscented, it definitely does still have a strong smell to me.
