Sick of bad reviews on good products
I was skeptical because of some reviews but gave it a shot. Glad I did. I cleaned the window and carefully aligned the injection tip, snugged it down and started off with only 2 drops. It wasn’t enough so I added 6 more. I waited 20 minutes in direct sunlight and even reflected some light with my phone from the inside. Not sure if it helps but I a wanted to cover my bases. I then removed the suction and put 2 drops and applied the clear screen. I let that sit 20 minutes in direct sunlight and removed and scraped. It came out great. It’s important to not put the whole epoxy tube in. What’s in the injection tube will not cure and then when you pull it, it will run down your window. I’m really tired of people giving good products bad reviews because of user error. I guess it’s possible you got some bad epoxy but my money’s on you put too much in the injection tube. My kits are fine. There’s enough in 1 kit to do 5-10 chips, depending on size. The chip and little spider cracks were right at the top of my finger in the pic and you can barely see it anymore.

Worth the money
I am a retired glass installer, and have done MANY rock chip repairs over the years with the expensive high class repair equipment, and, for the money, this does a very good job. I will admit that it may be easier for myself to use, having some experience with this sort of thing, but, the instructions are there to follow. Saved me getting a new windshield.

Better than usual
Tested out multiple products for a Crack repair. This single suction device is my preferred choice. The product quality is a bit of a crap shoot. I see why they send 2. One item worked well, the other one had misaligned plunger threads and the silicone plunger head was torn.

Wear gloves!
I used this on a class A motorhome with a vertical windshield. Getting a few drops of resin to stay in the pressure applicator without making a mess was the biggest problem. A normal car or truck windshield would have been no problem because of it being angled back. Otherwise it is a quality repair kit. Be sure and wear gloves and try not to spill the resin as the fumes are nasty!

Crack stop
It stopped the cracks from getting any bigger. And worked on small small nics also.

Incredible! Almost returned but glad I didn't!
One reviewer mentioned getting two different items and liked this one better with just one strong suction cup. I did not get two different ones, but after plenty of research, I chose this one. I am glad that I did.As mentioned, they will send two of these. The first one I opened did not work properly because the threads did not align. I nearly decided to return it, but I am glad I chose to open the second one before doing so. I tested the threads and the suction ability first, and it worked well.I followed the enclosed directions step by step even though it was intimidating since I had never done anything like this before. I did not see my crack filling in with liquid. I tightened down things securely to be sure full contact had been made, unthreaded the pusher plunger, dropped 6 more drops of liquid, and replaced the pusher plunger. This time while I waited, I saw the crack slowly disappear to just a tiny little line. For the third time, to be very sure that I had filled it completely, I added 4 drops of liquid. Once a few minutes passed, it was a mere dot from what it appeared by looking at it from the inside of my car. I removed the device and let it cure the way the instructions stated. You can hardly tell it was ever there! Now, to be completely upfront, I used a different solution than the one provided in this kit. After research, it seemed to be one of the best available and had a grey tint, which may have helped blend the cracks into my tinted windshield color.

Nope!
Never again! Seal would not stay on a clean windshield. Leaked.
