I am a massage therapist and I use neck wraps & eye masks as part of my sessions. I ordered this brand for the first time when I needed new ones for my own business to start. They smell great & are very, very nice to the touch.A little time after ordering, I received a personal message from someone in customer service asking for feedback. I gladly gave it along with my wishes for the product that would make it better for professional use, including recommending removable sleeves for the neck wrap for sanitary purposes.I received a kind and thoughtful response very quickly, and was told the ideas would be put forth and that they were happy to find out their products weren't only being used by consumers.I have no idea if the company will pursue professional products or not, but the engagement & responsiveness was so personal, kind, professional, and earnest that I hope they will and I recommend them to consumers & professionals alike.Regardless, this is a fantastic product for any use, even if small alterations for professional use need to be made. I have no doubt the average consumer will be thrilled.

This set of two is great. They are well made, nice and fluffy. They look just as advertised and work well. I’ve microwaved the neck pad to relax my shoulders. Then it got a pleasant lavender fragrance. I’ve put the eye patch in the freezer, that works fine too.

I love this for headaches. I purchased it to replace a previous brand which I had burned a hole in by microwaving too long. I microwave this in 20-30 second increments. When the compress is warm, I lie down and put it on my face. Then I add the eye mask over my eyes. It is very soft and soothing.

Smelled a little strange but does the job really well. What’s up quickly and helps soothe a headache well.

Bought it for a gift for my mother and wish I picked up another set for myself! Looks super comfy and love the subtle lavender smell.

I find this product extremely helpful. Just to clarify, it isn't a pillow. It's essentially a rice pack. It isn't meant to be soft. But, it's comfortable and not too large to lay flat comfortably on.I have not tried using it cool but it's great as a hot pack. I will say that I don't follow the included instructions at all. 30 seconds in the microwave doesn't do it, for my microwave I need 1:30-40 depending.

When purchased, I figured the aromatherapy scent would decrease over time (not personally a huge lavender fan but it’s fine) but nope. Smell is still very overwhelming and when I have a migraine it’s much too strong to not nauseate me. If you like the scent of lavender you will love this!

This is good if you have shoulder tension or get tension headaches around your eyes. There is enough weight to the shoulder pad and eye mask that they feel like a weighted blanket for your face and shoulders. I find it to be very calming for my shoulders and neck, and the lavender scent is really nice as well.
