when combined with magnesium, this does give me a pretty good couple hours of sleep. My ND suggested it, and it works much better than melatonin in pill form for me.

This is very effective to help one fall asleep. The dropper enables user to dose a smaller amount, which I really appreciate because a full dose is not necessary.

I was originally getting the 4oz bottle from a local health food store for 23 dollars. I'm so happy I found it cheaper on Amazon. My 3yo has asd and will stay awake 24+ hours if he doesn't get melatonin.

I have used and liked this product very much for some time. I selected it because I only use a 0.5mg dose and I hadn’t found capsules available at this small dose. Originally, the dropper was calibrated in 0.25ml increments which easily enabled me to measure 0.5mg (=0.5ml). When I reordered a new bottle a couple months ago the dropper had only one mark and it was 1ml. That required me to only eyeball a dose of approximately a half ml. I was very disappointed and have now found a 0.5mg capsule to use instead.

No issues with this melatonin offering. I had bought some terrible tasting stuff from Walgreens that didn't seem to do the job. I ordered this from Amazon and was pleased with both the taste and quality of chemicals to get me to sleep smoothly. As someone has mentioned, it tastes like a orange creamsicle/flat orange soda. Not bad at all. I'll use 1-2 mg (1-2 droplets) and find myself drifting off within 20-30 minutes usually. My particular order had a glass dropper that occasionally would not fill up entirely. Double check before taking it that you're getting the full or desired amount. As always, it's not a miracle drug, especially if you aren't eliminating caffeine, nicotine, or other stimulants near bedtime.Pros: Taste is good, quality was great, and it did help me sleep.Cons: Dropper that comes with doesn't always fill to the dosage line.

This melatonin has worked wonders for my son. Our sleep specialist recommended that we try a subligual melatonin at 1mg instead of the tablets we were using, even raising the dosage with the chewable and swallow tablets wasn't helping, he also recommended that my son try taking it earlier in the day as far as 6 hours before bedtime, and adjusting to a time that would work for him, he has found taking 1mg of this at 6pm is perfect for him to be able to fall asleep around 9pm. I am amazed at how well it's working just by taking it earlier in the day instead of increasing the dose. Our Dr said most people don't need more than 1mg they just need to take it earlier. It sure has helped my son! Oh and he likes the flavor so that's a big plus!
