It’s my first time using this abdominal belt. I have tried some similar products but it didn’t work well as this and batteries died so quick because it’s not rechargeable and fast charging for only 20 minutes, my belly can feel different after using it.

Complete garbage
So I got this in the mail today, unpacked it and wanted to get it ready for use. Turns out the snaps each controller has in the back to attach to the units don't fit. I've tried to push them in with heavy pressure - nothing. I don't know how this flawed design is working out for others? Tells me a lot about the company and the overall quality of the product. Immediate return.

Garbage
The manual is straight up trash. The product feels immensely cheap. The directions are vague. Apparently the one I received didn't work at all. I charged the controllers, snapped them in.. put them on, put the battery in the remote. Pressed the up button. Nothing happened.. pressed a bunch more times. Nothing.. the lights on the controllers flashed when I pressed the button, but nothing happened. Garbage. A waste of 30 bucks.

Not the best value
Not enough stimulation. I have a 10 year old "Slendertone" that can make you jump off the couch. This is so weak I have to think about whether it's on or off

Complicating but overall good
So my very first impression was I was impressed and liked the product. The instructions are written very poorly. And it says that you need to connect the three main controllers and charge them, the red indicator will light when charging and the green indicator light when it’s fully charged it takes around 70 minutes. I wanted to charge mine before I used it for the first time and my red indicator light comes on and then it just goes away, but I’m not seeing any green light come on at all. So I was getting a little frustrated because I thought mine was defective. Turns out my controllers were just being dumb and now they work. The sticky part is not a strong probably because I’ve been trying to mess with it trying to get it to work. Overall it’s OK I would’ve been a little happier if I didn’t have complications trying to figure out how to start it

Don’t waste your money
Guys. This is stupid. It doesn’t work. Just go to the gym. I was stupid and believed the hype and wasted 50 bucks. Don’t be like me.

It does the same thing as the professional muscle stimulation device
I bought this device as a hobby because in the industry professional muscle stimulation device is booming and I would like to see if this cheap home use device can do the same thing. The concept is that one kind of energy is used to stretch and shrink muscle until its fatigue and therefore trigger muscle growth. At this point the device does stretch and shrink my muscle when applied on my body. I feel a little bit of soreness after 20min of continuous use. I will wait to see if it can do something in a few months.
