Does the product come with ingredients listed on it?

I don't know the answer because I bought it for my wife & she has used it all & disposed of the jar. I believe it did have the ingredients listed. You can do a general search for the product from other vendors who might show the front & back of the jar. I checked a search & found: Water/Aqua/Eau, Stearic Acid, Glycerin, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glyceryl Stearate Se, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, Dimethicone, Squalane, Allantoin, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Caprylyl Glycol, Ceramide 3, Chrysanthemum Parthenium Extract, Colloidal Oatmeal, Disodium EDTA, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Glycyrrhiza Glabra Root Extract, Sodium Hydroxide, Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol.

Is there an expiration date?

I don't have 12 ozs. I purchased in september 2017, 2 ozs tube and the expiration date is november 2019

Why the packaging doesn't looks the same as show on pictures. Does manufacturer change design?
