Does 12 feet foot fit this foot bath?

I wear a size 6 in women’s and can barely roll my feet on the rollers. A 12 may fit but it would be snug.

How long does it usually take to heat? I’m not sure if my product is defective or if I’m not doing something correctly.

I think this foot tub is not suitable for feet above size 10. I bought it for my husband. His feet occupy the entire foot tub and can’t use the massage function at all. Buy feet above size 10 carefully. In my opinion, this is enough The bathtub is more suitable for women.
