Much cheaper than fixing the gate
We have flooding all the time in our yard, my gate to my yard came out of the ground. Used this to keep it closed & it’s held up in the rain & looks good

Rusts a bit, and the screw heads can break off easy if you apply too much force with a screw driver, but it looks nice

This is perfect for my double doors. Because they are 9 ft doors they tend not to seal during heavy winds. This latch did the trick

Poor Quality
Although the latch itself seems sturdy enough, the brackets feel flimsy. The screws that were provided are incredibly soft and easy to break. Between the two latches I bought, 3 of the provided screws had their heads simply snap off as I was installing them. Not great.

Good enough metal
The picture of it between two swinging Gates make it seems a lot larger than it is but if you need it for a single gate it's got good metal you might want to use different screws.

Not worth the money
The screws are hopeless, broke midway and now stuck in wood. There is no stopping mechanism so when the latch is pulled it will fall. Need a better design. This goes back

Works well
Functions well and is sturdy. The screws that came with it weren't the best but overall looks good and works.

This is a great product however use different screws because the ones that come with this rust and break easily.

Small
Well built but very small and not suitable for a double gate. Read the dimensions carefully. I’m keeping because I’ll find another use… it’s well built with nice Finnish.

Good for solid latch
Does what I wanted, but the lock holes are small for my lock. Also the slide side of the unit should have an extension to hold it from falling out after opening.
