Slightly whiter teeth... I think
So I think these worked okay, there has not been a drastic change, but a subtle one in the whiteness of my teeth. I wouldn't say it's terribly noticable, however. I don't look in the mirror and think, "wow! My teeth look whiter!" But if I examine them closely I think there's a difference.I used the strips pretty much as recommended, I occasionally forgot the first application on busy mornings. But application is very easy, only takes seconds and you can go about your day. I recommend applying some lip balm as your lips can get a little dry while the strips are doing their thing. But they do leave a lovely fresh sensation in your mouth. When I've used similar strips in the past I've has some sensitivity in my teeth, these didn't cause any, up until the last 2 to 3 days, and it was pretty minor at that.Overall half decent strips, but I suspect you can find some that work as well for less.

Convenient, but no noticeable whitening
Alright. I have very sensitive teeth and gums, and I have to say these are indeed very gentle whitening strips. I experienced virtually no pain or sensitivity after using these, which is wonderful.Unfortunately, there is also almost no whitening. I have nearly completed the 40-strip box, and there is almost no color shift in my teeth. I've used them twice a day for 15+ minutes each session. For $45 a box, these need to actually deliver some whitening results. The strips are fairly easy to use. They're about as thick as a sheet of nori seaweed. You moisten your teeth and press the sheet against your teeth and then moisten over it with your tongue. The sheet expands and gets gummy and soft. It's great if you have crooked teeth like I do, because it fills in all the crevices and conforms well.I had problems with the strip disappearing too quickly from my bottom teeth, as in just a few minutes. I finally decided this was because too much saliva was circulating there and wearing the strip off too quickly. I solved this somewhat by applying the strip and then pressing my bottom lip against it so less saliva could wear it away. The top strip lasted a normal length of time.Although this is convenient, it's not the kind of thing I can do while having a phone call or conversation of any kind, and I have to be near a sink to spit the gummy goo out of my mouth several times as it accumulates. I can't wear the strips on my commute to work for this reason. It's also more of a hassle to find time to use these TWICE a day (compared to once a day for most other whitening strips), which is what the product requires you to do.I'd definitely be sold on these strips if they offered real whitening power and were priced more affordably, but there's no way I'd try these again for $45 with no results.

I give them two stars
These are a good idea. But still need work. The strips are not long enough. They cover six of my teeth, but when I smile you can see eight-ten teeth. Also, I haven’t noticed any whiten. I used the full kit. Nothing.

Strips are great, jury still out on the whitening power
The strips are very easy to use and stay in place well, they are noticeable while they are on but not even close to as bad as some other whitening kits. The strip itself is very minty tasting. The strip never fully dissolves and at some point you will have to lick a gooey coating that is leftover off of your teeth, its not the end of the world but its hard to gauge how long you should wait before doing that. I'm not sure about the actual whitening power these have, I've used the paint on kits and have been able to notice a difference pretty quickly with those whereas this one I'm still not entirely sure if its doing anything. The kit contains 40 strips which is enough for top and bottom teeth, twice a day for 10 days.

Really dissolves
Cooler than your average white strip cuz you don’t have to peel off a sticky gooey mess when the whitening time is up. You can place the strips on your teeth and drive to work, and the strips are totally gone by the time you get to work. It’s crazy. Crazy convenient, but the strips actually do whiten. While I like the fact that I don’t have to remove them and get my hands all slimy, I found the strips would almost completely dissolve before even 10 minutes was up everytime I used them. When using removable brands, I would often choose to leave them on my teeth longer than the recommended time length. It made me feel like I was getting extra whitening from each strip. With these Poof strips that disappear in my mouth before their whitening time is up, I feel like I am getting shorted in the whitening department. However, one week after using Poof strips with one week to go, I feel like my results are the same at the halfway point as they have been when using other non-dissolvable brands. So in conclusion, whitening strips being dissolvable make a huge difference in practicality without compromising final whitening outcomes.

These are the best!
I use these and constantly get comments on the whiteness of my teeth. They are fantastic, dissolve rather than having to take them out, and do not cause sensitivity. I highly recommend them.

Don't love them
The media could not be loaded. These dissolving white strips remind me of breath strips before you apply them, kind of plasticky but begin dissolving as soon as they're wet. They stick to my teeth easily and take about 15 minutes to fully dissolve. They kind of "blow up" and get gummy around my lips which I really don't enjoy. They have a minty taste and while you can also taste the hydrogen peroxide, it isn't overwhelming although I do spit the whole time they're in my mouth. I haven't experienced any sensitivity which is nice, but they also don't seem to be nearly as effective as other white strips where there is a noticeable difference after 2-3 applications. It's been 5 days and I don't see any improvement.Overall, I love the idea of slapping these on before I leave the house and they're dissolved by the time I reach my destination. What a brilliant idea! However, if they aren't as effective, what's the point?
