These are AWESOME. Super easy to set up and very easy to use. I’ve only had them a few days but so far so good, exactly what I needed: something simple and easy to use that would allow me to turn things on/off remotely if needed as well as schedule turning on/off on their own. At first I did not realize that there was a way to use the app to pick specific times to turn on/off, a random setting and a couple others but after navigating through the app a bit more I realized these do exist, they are just a bit difficult to see or realize they are enabled since they look to be blacked out/unavailable. So I think the app could use some work to make it more intuitive but otherwise, this is a 5 Star product and I will be ordering more.

The Devices arrived on time. Set up was very simple. Just be aware that you need to have 2.4 connection on your Wi-Fi. These style devices will not connect to 5. Also keep in mind that they will not support fluctuating dimming controls, I gave the product five stars because I was only looking for on and off switches. So far I have 4 Wi-Fi smart plug connectors throughout the house and all work really well when commanded via Google home mini or from their app they respond with impressive timing. Having these devices around your house will make you lazy, but it will also make life much easier and manageable and keep your light switches clean LOL.

I reported a defect device and quickly received the replacement, which works as expected. I bought twoof them to be used to control two hot water re-circulation pump. They can be controlled by cellphone anywherein the world as long as you have internet access. You can turn it on/off with a touch of the button, it can also bescheduled to turn on/off once or multiple times on a daily basis and more other options. Really nice devices!

Installation process was a little bit confusing, but not too bad.Customer service was slow. Took days to respond, and by then, I had figured out the problem (user error, not the plugs.)The plugs themself are great. If I need more, I will most likely buy these again.

Over the past 2 months, I have purchased 6 in total. Setup was easy. They pretty much work as promised, although Alexa had a hard time controlling them from time to time. Well as of yesterday they all went offline and I have not been able to reconnect them. I can't figure out how to get support and am extremely disappointed.

Do not buy..... if you have bought .... get your money back..... only works sometimes.... very hard to install ..... harder to reinstall .... can not change network or make any adjustments.... I spend way to much of my time .... trying to reinstall ...... these are real trash ... I am ordering my next ones from another company......... do not order these

For sure wasn’t easy getting this set up.It took a few tries and I had to switch the mode when setting up to the 3 blinks in one second. Again took a while but worked out after 30 minutes of trying. The misspellings and grammatical errors didn’t help but overall great and easy to use.Few months now using this and the plugs are a bit messed up. You have the option to turn it on and off through the side button on each plug but they decided to stop working so the only thing I can do it turn it off via the phone app.

Came in today,followed instructions and setup was easy, however it’s all setup and the app on my phone works almost perfect but I bought this to work with Alexa and I keep saying Alexa turn off “lamp” or turn on “lamp” and it works one out of 20 times every other time says “can not connect” “check network and power settings” etc unless mines just broken looks like I’ll be sending it back but the app works fine on the phone
