Exactly what I was looking for
This is exactly what I needed. I have a LG Ultrawide but needed just a bit more screen real estate. Added an 18” usb monitor to my setup. I didn’t like the two usb connections and the hdmi sticking out so far. In comes the Duttek 180 degree adapter. I did have to modify it though. It didn’t fit under the monitor’s bezel but that’s on me. I just used some 440 grit sandpaper and massaged the plastic of the adapter. The monitor I’m using if anyone else runs into this is “UPERFECT 18.5”

Perfect! Being used for 40Gbps thunderbolt no issues.
They do what they say and have zero latency and work at whatever speed you need, so I guess they are just a 1:1 passthrough? Whatever, they work!

Does what it advertises
Using this to hide cables for my tablet. I use the tablet as a second monitor for my PC and it needs to run a good amount of bandwidth over the USB-C cable. No complaints or issues thus far.

Not compatible
I wanted this to change the angle of my cable to my dash cam. It didn't fit. I had to return it and bought a different one. The other one fits like a glove. Because of the shape of this, I don't know where this was intended for. I guess, you need to buy it and test it, to know if it's compatible.
