My favorite pants at the moment, very comfy, just right
I have a couple dozen pairs of "tactical pants" from various manufacturers and have gripes about every design. These aren't perfect, but they are the best ones I've found lately. A little slimmer in design than most, but fit as they should as per waist/inseam measurements. I like the high ride back/side pocket for my phone, it's in a great location and keeps my other pockets freed up. The material is exactly right, durable and stretchy, super comfortable. Not too heavy or too light, so far the only model I haven't destroyed right off the bat. The cargo pockets are zippered, which I'm still undecided on, but they have two smaller pockets inside which keep my items from flopping around in the bigger pocket, which I absolutely love. The front hand pockets are well placed and just right size to fit hands in with items such as keys or wallet. Back pockets hold everything I need, deep enough I don't have to worry about things falling out. I work in an area with high steps, lots of stairs and always extreme heat/cold, lots of obstacles that can hang up on clothes and tear pants easily. So far these have held up nicely, my oldest pair is a few years old and they get more comfortable after 100 washes or so, but even my newest pair I've only washed 3 times are super comfy. I like all the colors, i have 4 pairs now all different colors. I think I'll probably buy one more, just so I have one for every day of the week and don't have to worry about what I'll be carrying or doing that day. I have lost the zip fobs off every pair so far except the newest one, but I have a 12pk of aftermarket pulls so I've replaced them no issues. There are a couple features from other pants I'd like to see on these, but overall these are my favorite. For comparison, my next favorite are the battle rattles, they have better pocket configuration for me, the fabric is a little thicker and no zippers. BUT the elastic in the waist stretched out to full length on me right away so my 36 waist pants bunch up terribly inside my belt, like wearing 36" pants with a 42" waist. To their credit, LAPG sent me a free pair when I complained about this, but the new ones did the same thing so I have 3 pair now, great pants but I don't wear them for this one issue. The BFE pants also have a stretch waist, but a different design and better materials. My 3 year old pair fits exactly like the brand new ones. If they'd build the Battle Rattle pants out of BFE fabric, and with the BFE waist design/materials, I think they'd be the best pants out there. (best pants ever were LAPG elite tactical with the 4 lower mag pockets... discontinued, bring them back!)Great price, worth the money. Buy with confidence.

Nice blenders
Fits well. Appropriately stretchy/flexible. Accurate sizing. Comfortable, pockets aplenty.Doesn't scream, "I'm carrying," at first glance.Downside : They're swishy and it's obvious. Like, bootyshorts and rollerskates, "Haaaayyy" swishy. If you're needing actual, tactical, move-in-silence pants, these ain't it. Heel-toe til your calves cramp and your Achilles ache - won't make a bit of difference, you're gonna be heard. But if you want a nice, comfortable pair of pants with lots of pockets and rugged functionality, yeah, these aren't a bad choice.

My favorite pants!
These pants are the most perfect pants I have ever found. I wear them every day to work, and again on the weekends. Perfect fit for average build and I love that the side pockets are not baggy and do not snag on everything you walk past. Durability is excellent. I own many pair and recently received a pair that had a slight defect. Customer service was perfect and immediately sent a new pair. I will keep buying more!

Quality pants
These pants are made with quality material. Way better than I was expecting. They do have some give in the waist which is enough for a very comfortable pant. Plenty of pockets. I'm very happy with these pants. I'm hoping for the color grey to be made in this style. Im not a fan of cargo pockets with big flaps. These are cargo pants without the flaps which is what makes these pants good for me. I'm not amin law enforcement but these pants still give me the comfort I need to be comfortable and cool all day. I recommend these pants.

Great fit and function
I’ve tried numerous light weight tactical pants and these are by far my favorite. I have several different 5.11 pants but they don’t fit as well as these. The 5.11 pants tend to be a little baggy and loose fitting. And none of the off brand Chinese versions come with a 36” length!

Too Thight Around the Crotch!
I work Security and wear a duty belt. In my opinion these pants are not designed to be worn with a duty belt. They ride too low on the hip, are too tight in the crotch, and the zipper is too short when wearing a duty belt. That said, I love the design, all the pockets, and the fabric.

Not for tall people
Pants arrived the night before a hiking trip. I tried them on and the waist fit good. Did not look much at the length as I ordered a 36” length( usually plenty long for me at 6’4”). After they were washed when I put them on, and I noticed they looked short. The inseam is only 34.5”. I am told they cannot be returned. If you need a tall size look elsewhere. I bought Eddie Bauer Guide Pro and cannot say enough good about them. They are a little pricey, but may just be the best pair of pants I have ever owned. These are short in length of legs and tight in the crotch. Would recommend only if you need a smaller size. Not as advertised.

Better for fashion than fighting
These pants seem well made. The features are there, just like the description. What I missed in the description was the part about how they are stylish and would look great "in the office." It's true. But I bought them to wear with my kit while doing "active" stuff. That's where I have some criticisms. First, the thighs are a little too tight. I don't have big thighs but these pants fit snugly. If I put things in the cargo pockets and front pockets it gets too tight. Second, the waistline is lower than I'd like it to be. It might look good but if I'm wearing anything on my belt I have to hitch the pants up pretty often. If the pants had a higher waist they might sit above my hip bones and stay in place better. I do like the slight stretchiness of the fabric. I like the gusseted crotch. I like the boot cut leg openings. And aside from the issue of the low waist the pants are comfortable. They fit as expected as far as waist size and inseam length.

strong chemical smell
I really like these pants - I've ordered another pair already BUT - there's a strong smell with these pants. Most likely it's the teflon treatment & it will dissipate after a few washes. I've washed them already as well as left them out in the sun for a couple days but still smelly. I can live with it for now, it will fade.I have similar 5.11 pants but like these better in terms of fit & features. Clever use of low friction panels for the pockets & sides really add to the comfort level. Fit was exactly right (32w x 32L) which is pretty rare these days.Stitching & reinforcement is well done with no loose threads or bad seams. Action features at the knees lay flat & look smart. The cargo pockets are not expandable but are as useful as they need to be. The low profile look is a worthwhile tradeoff for those few times when I might want to carry bulky stuff in these pockets.Belt loops are well placed. Two button waist closure has metal button with inner plastic button, both have low friction finish & work nicely. Metal zipper for the fly & nylon for the cargo pockets. These pants are well made & offer solid features in an understated way. The ripstop poly/cotton blend has proven to be very durable even in thinner weaves like this one. These are three season pants or will require a base layer for winter comfort.Priced just below 5.11 & other major players, I think these pants punch above their weight & I recommend them.

Does not fit like LAPG jeans!
These are two sizes too small in the waist and similarly short in the drop, when compared to LAPG jeans. Unfortunate because they seem to be a really nice pair of pants, but apparently made by two different companies with different sizing standards. Even sizing up doesn't address the ridiculously tiny drop height. Returned to Amazon.

Great Quality but wrong colour
These are great pants. Lightweight, durable and they fit perfectly. My only problem is that the colour you advertise as OD green isn’t actually od green. It’s closer to a ranger green and does not match up with the rest of my uniform.
