Purchased this as it was cheaper than a dutch oven and I am wanting to get into bread making. At first, I was afraid it would be too small, but its the perfect size for the loaves I make. It came well packaged and my bread has turned out well since I've been cooking in it. I have only had to rinse it out rather than do a full wash since I have a bread sling that keeps the pan from getting much in it. Since its small, its easy to put away and yet still holds a lot of my bread supplies so that I can keep that all together. If you are looking to make a dinner for a large family, this will be too small. But for my just budding hobby of bread making, its the perfect size.

I bought this because I realized that the price for this item was much better when sold in like new condition. After years of using tin roasting pans, I wanted a stainless steel one, but the price made me hesitate. I mentioned to my friend that I bought mine used, and then I showed her the roasting pan. I explained that it truly was “like new,” and she agreed. This pan is very sturdy, and deep. I was pleasantly surprised that is came wish w V shaped roasting rack, a level roasting rack (on which the V shaped rack could be placed, and in addition to that, a meat baster was included. This baster even included a mini brush to use for cleaning the baster, a class act! It is made from stainless steel that I was able to clean and make it look new again. The pan is a decent size as well for my needs.

I picked up this 13" enameled granite roasting pan, and it’s been really useful for grilling. I mainly use it to bring burgers in from the grill, and it works great for that. It holds heat well, so the food stays warm instead of cooling off right away. It feels solid and has enough space to hold multiple burgers without crowding. Overall, a simple but really handy piece to have when you’re cooking outside and bringing food in.

Small, but just what I need for small hens,, ham, turkey breast etc, easy to clean, light weight material, quality is great for the price

Lightweight but a good pan. Has a drain pattern at bottom. Not big enough for a very large family turkey.

I was desperate for a pan and this was the only one I could get delivered in time and was not outrageously expensive. This pan stinks. I had a 14 pound turkey and there is no way you could cook it with the lid on. It says it will cook an 18 pound turkey that is just a lie. I had to cook my turkey with a foil tent but just mad that this pan is not even close to being deep or tall enough to cook a full turkey in it. I do not think you could even cook a 10-12 pound turkey in it if there was a lot of breast meat. If you only eat legs, thighs or breast meat only, it would probably cook it with the lid on. A full turkey. . . no way.

Der Bräter ist formschön, aber leicht wie eine Pappschachtel ( hauchdünnes Blech). Ausgerechnet auf der Unterseite sind scharfkantige Emaillenasen, die mit Sicherheit ein Ceranfeld zerkratzen würden. Ich habe das Teil zurück geschickt.
