Q: Where are the magnets as product description & directions birth say 8 magnets are included? ?

Yes, they're tiny magnets attached to plastic triangles, they're meant to go in the corners of the panels being used as doors.

Q: What’s the weight capacity?

Not sure, but I was able to put lots of winter clothes in there and seems to be ok.

Two rods. cube will not hold adult size hangers.

Q: How many hanging rods does this come with? Can I order extra hanging rods?

It comes with one rod. I don't think you can add another. (The rod is good for children's or pet clothes).
