as an adult, I can take 2 and they work fine. It is slightly different than the original adult version (more chewy), but otherwise fine. It appears they changed the original adult version of this, no more surgery coating...it was fine, don't know why they messed with it!

I have a 4yr old and a 7yr old with ADHD. Bedtime “is calm down time”…… yeah right. My children are giggly, re-energized and talkative until 9-10pm. My husband and I couldn’t watch movies or shows anymore downstairs due to the hyperactive kids not sleeping.These gummies are a GANE CHANGER!!! They were recommended by a colleague whose kid dis the same nighttime shenanigans.We give them to our boys after dinner and then they head upstairs to change, brush, teeth, shower, etc. So it is in their system about 30 minutes before they go to bed. Within the first day they were already asleep within an hour!!We even went upstairs to check on them and make sure they were OK because it was such a stark contrast. Night after night, though they were able to calm down much more effectively and go to sleep peacefully. Yes, they are breathing and they are perfectly fine ha ha ha.It is a miracle worker and Since they take it before they brush their teeth, I’m not worried about the sugary/gummy effects at all. There is only 1g of sugar in the product so for me, I will take the miracle.BUY IT!!!!!

Great kid-friendly melatonin gummy. We had a delivery issue with the gummies having melted into one giant gummy, but we were in the middle of a heat wave, so there wasn’t much to be done about that.

My son has ADHD, so falling asleep can be difficult for him at times. I have tried so many melatonins, but nothing helped him fall asleep and stay asleep through the night. These gummies have changed that! I give him 2 (the dose should be 1 but it doesn’t work for my son) and he is asleep quickly and stays asleep all night! He’s not groggy in the morning either, like some melatonins cause you to be! Highly recommend!

I bought these gummies for my daughter, as she was having trouble slowing down to go to sleep. My five year old has anxiety so I thought the other supplements would help. Two days after taking 1/2 of a gummy at night time, my daughter developed symptoms similar to a UTI… irritation, redness, uncomfortable feeling going to the bathroom, urgent need to go to the bathroom… I took her to the doctor and showed him the supplements. He said the magnesium was the cause for the symptoms. Magnesium citrate pulls water towards the stool and can be harmful for kidneys/urination. Just wanted others to be aware!

I realized the adult gummies are exactly the same but with a larger recommended dose and the kids gummies were substantially cheaper. Same ingredients, same gummy (adults just eat two gummies). These help me get that groggy, sleepy feeling when I’m otherwise wide awake at bedtime, and help me fall asleep and keep me asleep for at least 4 hrs. As long as you don’t take another when you wake up in the middle of the night you won’t feel any grogginess next morning. Lifesaver.

Well it definitely works- but less convenient is the instructions to consume a portion of the gummy at first then work your way to a whole gummy. As Calm product fans, we thought eating a whole one would be normal- oops. Definitely read the directions! Needless to say- it works and works very well!

My kid love them he wants to take them every night. Of course I don't aloud that but when he can sleep and waking up to go bathroom I give him 2 and less the half hour he sleeping. Wakes up more awake and get dress faster.
