The gold finish on it was poor I ordered a 10-in and I got a 6-in how does that work very unhappy

Poor gold finish
The gold orb’s has a poor finish. It looks dirty, but doesn’t wash off. I tried eyeglass lense cleaner with a microfiber cloth and Windex. No effect for either. I’m very disappointed. I tried taking a video, but the smudging doesn’t show up very well. It’s worse in person.
