Works awesome
I was looking for a strong gut health supplement and the acidophilus sold at the stores was all dead. None of it worked no matter the dosage. I've been on this stuff for a little over one month and I've had success eating foods that normally tear me up like hot sauce for example. I will continue to buy.

Good Product
I have been on this for about two months. I'd been having loose stools and tried two other probiotics for a months and no change. But this one seems to have a made a big difference.

No noticable difference taking this product
I don't have digestive issues etc. was just hoping I would see some difference in adding this to my diet for gut health, such as mood, emotional health, but didn't notice anything. Hope its helping even though I don't notice anything. I purchased it because this type is most helpful if you take antibiotics periodically, helps restore good gut flora.

Improved gut health, avoided surgery.
I have diverticulotiis.It is important to not get bloated or constipated, or Diverticulitis sets in (inflammation).After several bouts of inflammation, the doctor mentioned i may have to consider surgery. So I started using this product.So far this product has kept my gut health excellent. No bloating, constipation or hard stools.

helps with my sleep - waking up during night (nocturia) greatly reduced
Noticed within first couple days that my sleep was much better. I've read about this product and haven't found anywhere that this is supposed to be one of its benefits but I'm pretty sure (almost positive) that it helps my sleep. I have quit taking it and get up several times during the night. Once I resume taking it, all is good again. Weird, I know. But this is one of my top three supplements.

I continue to reorder this product it is by far one of my favorite probiotics. I like the fact that it is double insulated to survive the gastric juice in the stomach and get to the intestinal tract where the real immunity begins.

Cannot live without these probiotics, and I’ve tried many, and they were much more expensive
Absolutely cannot live without these- (I have IBS by the way) and have tried sone much much more expensive... and these are the absolute best, I actually told someone recently “I LITERALLY cannot live without these”. Highly recommended.
