CycraStandard U Clamp for 7/8" Handlebars

I Just Recently Got These Handle Bar Mounts For My Polaris 800 So I Could Mount My Rigid Industries D-series LEDS To Light Up The Pitch Black Woods That I Go Through All The Time SAFELY. Last Time I Almost Drove Blindly Into A Large Creek With All The Tall Weeds And Brush Surrounding The CreekTHEY WORK GREAT!!! They Offset My Lights Far Enough Away From All My Control Wires And Brake Lines Perfectly (Bout Four Inches Off The Bars)- They Make My Wheeler Look Bad Ass Since They Compliment my Black Lights and the CYCRA Logo in The Side Of The Bar Is Another Added BonusMy Only Concern Is The Allen Bolts Backing Out So - Adding Thread Lock Would Be A Good Idea (Four Allen Bolts Per Mount)Very Solid Construction But Lightweight - Zinc Plated or Chromed Looks LikeThe Attachment Bolt On End IS A Course Tread Which Didnt Work With My Fine Treaded Bolts That Came With The Hardware of my Lights - Other Than That I Strongly Recommend These Mounts For ATVs Handle Bars

Solved a Cable clearance issue on my TW200 with 2 inch risers. The original handle bar clamps for my cheap hand brush guards was creating a problem with cables. At full lock left or right it would pull the cables tight over the tops of the guard mounts, and especially the throttle at full right turn lock , it would hang and not return. Installing these Cycra U clamps instead required modifying the aluminum bars of the hand guard system by drilling the mount holes bigger (for 8mm, originally was 6mm). After tweaking the aluminum bar guards a little more, the cables have plenty of room and no more throttle sticking at full right turn lock. The Cycra clamps are also MUCH beefier than the stock clamps. Much more rigidity, much safer if a tree jumps out and gets in my way. HAHA.

Price could be better. Doesn't fit on pro taper bars well. Would secure better if had ridges to grip bars for non slip

Very good risers, but things like this that bolt onto Motorcycles, demand Stainless Steel screws. After one rain or one wash, all 8 screws will be hopelessly rusted. All the risers seem to have bolts that rust.The first product like this that includes SS screws will corner the market!I had to order some M5 0.8 x25mm SS screws, which adds about $10 to the cost.

Advertised as being made in the USA but are actually made in Taiwan
