High quality and a great workout
I have just recently gotten this and the reason for the 3 stars is that I have some questions about adjusting the straps and wrote to Gravocore but nobody has answered me. I would very much like some information on how the straps work, especially the extra strap that you can presumably wrap around a tree. Okay, I had questions and someone actually CALLED me and explained the straps to me. I also might add that the equipment is very sturdy and is well made. My gym membership runs out as of November and I'm now starting to use the Gravocore more and more so will be on a set regime soon. So far I love it, the ease of setting it up (it takes but a minute) and it's light so you could take it with you if you travel a lot. A great gym workout in your own home and at an affordable cost. And, it takes up NO ROOM unlike the machines you'd need to replicate this. I look forward to a leaner, meaner me.

Overpriced product. Suspicious company
Do you think it's weird how EVERY single review on this product is 5 stars and goes into depth on why this is the greatest thing ever? I'm skeptical of them being real.I purchased this product for myself and was thoroughly disappointed. It provides very little burn no matter what position or angle you use it in. It's for an elderly light workout at best. I felt more burn in my hands from gripping the rope than anything. UselessIf you're looking to actually get fit and toned or build muscle, this will not do it. The whole reason pulley systems were invented was to DECREASE the weight load. This will not give you a productive workout.

Great improvement on proven trainer.
Received this as a Christmas gift. I have owned and used a traditional suspension trainer for 3 years. I watched the start video but feel it didn't go into enough detail about all the adjustments available. There are two clips on the side of the belt that I have no idea if I need to adjust them or not. Also the lack of walk-through workouts is kind of a bummer. I used some standard suspension workouts and with a bit of modification they worked. I don't know if why but I was at muscle fatigue around 20 min in. I did notice the ability to move more freely. The ropes and the swivels on the pulleys make movements a bit less restrictive, compared to other suspension trainers.I was skeptical if this would give me a good enough workout because pulleys by nature reduce effort of lifting weight. I believe the fact that the gravocore lets you move in a natural way it compares to free-weights instead of a TRX type trainer.the belt makes for a nice cradle for your feet instead of having to use the loops on a suspension trainer. Down side is that there is no easy way to raise the cradle to increase height of your feet.all in all the gravocore is going to be a great addition to my workout regiment. Retiring my traditional suspension trainer.

Very Flexible and Well Made Exercise Machine that Really Works - Not a Gimmick
I like the fact that it is easy to set up and doesn’t tangle like one may think. It is especially easy on the joints vs regular weights but targets the muscles. I can see where this product would be outstanding for older strength builders or those in rehab. Not sure it is the best product for a younger person lifting heavy weights. It has outstanding flexibility and one can literally improvise workout moves during exercise and have an almost infinite number of variations on major exercises such as lat pull down or chest presses. You can “jump” up with it and put far less stress on your joints as well. It is much easier to use than appears by the pictures. You have to make sure you have the right door for inside set up. A heavy steel door is best.

GRAVOCORE: MY EVALUATION....UPDATED
I purchased this product to use with my personal training clients. I train fitness enthusiasts, corporate employees, individuals with injuries, elderly and sports specific athletes (ages 9-18). I have access to suspension pieces of equipment in my home gym (i.e. TRX) ; however, I have found that most of my clients (including the sports clients) were too weak in their core to perform the exercises properly, this is what piqued my interest in Gravocore. In all honesty, I believe the price point is an aversion to many and may actually be the driving force behind the non-verified buyers negative feedback. I have been using this product with a variety of clients for over a week and have realized that I need 2 Gravocore (one for me and one for the client) so I can model the exercises for them while they are mirroring me. This brings me back to the issue of the price and as a trainer, if I wish to buy another Gravocore, I am now spending almost $600!On a positive note: I will say, that I was very impressed with the quality. The pieces are solid and secure and all of my clients responded positively and were not fearful of falling unlike with the TRX and the plastic clamps. The back support gave them confidence to lean and squat, and for the first time some even did a pistol squat :). I also love the different attachments (Frank) that goes behind the door, as well as, the versatile strap that can be hung on almost anything...(In the video it shows a girl in a park using the Gravocore on a tree...I would be afraid that a branch would break so I'm not really sure how that would work)Suffice it to say, I am still evaluating this. I plan to use Gravocore with my 6'5 client who has hip and back injuries. He cannot do squats, but desires to strengthen his quads. I want to see how this works for his rehabilitation. I also plan to integrate this into training my 74 year old mother who can hardly bend and complains daily about her inability to move. My hope is that Gravocore will give her the confidence that she is secure and will not fall which, in turn, will help her to get moving and do the exercises. I'll keep you posted!UPDATE: So my first impression of this has changed somewhat. After using it with a variety of clients I find that this is truly only helpful for clients who are either new to fitness and are not confident in their abilities due to previous injuries, age or fear of getting hurt. I have revisited the use of the TRX system and my comment on their attachments being plastic was not accurate. They do have metal attachments as well. I believe Gravocore did a superb job on their video advertisement; however, as an experienced trainer in the field fitness, I don't see it as anything more than a stepping stone to true stability and fitness.

One Star
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. More trouble to get into than the traditional rope/strap equipment.
