I have purchased many different MP3 players over the years. Previous to this brand I had one that stopped working after about 90 days. Emailed seller twice for help. Zero response. This Arungo brand was completely different. I had a question about a function. Emailed them. Received a reply within a day with help. The rep Emily continued to follow up with me to make sure I was completely happy to the point of sending me a replacement. This is a great product and even better customer service. Best experience from ANY purchase from Amazon.

It's a great Mp3 Player for its cheap price....Even the less tech savvy person can work this player...Just follow the directions in the small owner's manual which is included...Great color and sound....I purchased an awesome case that they offered to purchase together and everything fits perfectly with it....You pc device may not recognize the player but its easy to find in the My PC folder...it will be labeled as a USB Drive....Just select all drag your music to the player and listen....Very happy with the purchase and I highly recommend this really neat mp3 player to anyone who wants a great device for a wicked low price....

The Ear Buds that come with this bite, I am using a 30 year old pair from my walkman that sound far better. The USB is only for Charging and not for connection to device or pc. The built in EQ is worthless and most settings make the music sound muffled especially the bass, go figure? It says that it can handle up to a 128GB Micro SD card but when I use any cards larger than 32 GB the music sounds like a fax machine tone and not music, however 32 GB and smaller plays fine and sounds good on normal EQ. The built in speaker is tinny but works. Needs a belt or pocket clip.

It functions well but has very low battery life. My ancient Sandisk players have excellent battery life and I will buy a newer Sandisk. Wish I had just bought another Sandisk instead of saving money on this little cheap player.

In the past I have had 3-4 of these duplicate units. This one needed to be reformatted first.(1) turn unit on, (2) plug unit into USB computer connection (3) Open file explorer in Windows 10 (4) Transfer any files you want to keep on unit to computer (5) in file explorer, right click and click format.The unit should be able to accept new files and play after this.
