Only the clip on strap doesn’t stay secure and it release and the drum falls

This is supposed to include drumsticks and strap. The drum looks great but order incomplete ! It's a present and need the sticks by Friday !!!!!

Defective Vaguely 9" snare drum
I purchased two of these drums for my grandchildren. One arrived in perfect condition; the other one has a dent; the strap won't stay on; and the drum part is installed very poorly. Very, very disappointed!
