The bulb looks amazing on and off. Its 2000K CCT is best for ambient and night light. I bought this bulb for home-accent, not for reading. It works well for dining room and bedroom.It works perfectly with the "TOPGREENER Table-Top Plug in Dimmer" which I use in conjunction with a non-dimming-capable lamp base. The lowest dim setting is very dim making it perfect for night light or filament gazing.The recycled material used by Philips for packaging is structurally very weak. Luckily the bulb did not break during transport and delivery.

We got these for our bedside lamps, and they’ve been perfect. The warm light creates a cozy atmosphere, and the vintage design adds a nice touch. So far, they’ve been working flawlessly and seem to be long-lasting. No flickering or issues—just reliable, soft lighting.

I bought about 6 different types of bulbs, only a couple of them were truly amber, this being one. These bulbs are still going strong, unlike the other brand that I purchased--those bulbs died out within 9 months. I guess it pays to go with a well-known brand name!

I really love the look of these bulbs. They give off a warm, cozy light that’s perfect for creating a relaxing atmosphere. I put them in some pendant lights over my dining table, and they totally changed the vibe of the room. The vintage spiral design looks great even when the lights are off. They’re fully dimmable, which I appreciate, and they’ve been super reliable so far. Definitely a nice upgrade if you want something stylish and functional.

As the product states; these actually fixed a situation where I had LED lights that would flicker in the bathroom based on what was plugged in. I did not want to run a new home run to get the lights off of the same circuit as a receptacle, so decided to give these a try. What do you know; problem solved! Used in another location where dimmer would not go to full brightness without flicker and these also performed well. Sometimes you just have to pay for good LED’s.

Overpriced junk. All bulbs failed inside of 9 months (same failure mode: the elements go out and start flickering). I could not find the bulbs listed on the Philips site so was unable to fill out a warranty claim. Total rip off for the price. LEDs are a scam with their touted reliability, I might as well go back to incandescents at this point if they hadn't made them illegal. At $0.49 a bulb they lasted just as long.

These dimmable lights are awesome! The lights are a great color for our dining room—not too bright, not too dark! Our other Edison bulb lights produced a lot of heat and these don’t!
