Besides price what is the difference between the brown and pink roof?

I don't think there's any difference in the actual stable beyond the colors. However the brown one comes with a few more apples and a little crate.

How tall are the lower part of the stable?t

About 8” tall. The middle part is around 11”. It’s also almost 2 feet wide. My daughter absolutely loves it.
