SperryWomen's Saltwater Shiny Quilted Rain Boot

Pair 1 arrived very comfortable in my normal size 6.5 with room for thick socks. Win! Then I noticed the rubber sole was lower on RIGHT foot than other and spouse agreed they looked flawed. For the price I was not willing to keep. Ordered replacements. Pair 2 arrived with one side of the RIGHT upper sewn crooked leaving the front horizontal lace sitting diagonal no matter how tight you made them. There was also white filling showing on that boot and the quilting on the base of the tongue was completely different then the other boot. With 2 damaged RIGHT boots I ordered a 3rd pair which arrived with RIGHT again defective. This time the black nylon was not sewn closed on front of boot so white filling coming out again. And there were two very noticeable dimples in the rubber. I am VERY ANNOYED that I had to waste so much time on three pairs of defective boots.

Love the boots. But I spent $130 on them and they were obviously sent to me from TJ Maxx or Marshalls. They have marker on the bottom that says "060" and a size sticker inside. I use to work at TJ Maxx and those were the stickers we used and we always marked the bottom with the price because people ripepd tags off. So I'm really annoyed these were passed around from store to store and sold to me at twice the price.That being said. They are very comfortable. And definitely good quality.But I feel like I bought a pair of used boots. :(. And feel totally ripped off.

Wife's Review:Ok. I just got to Germany and we went to a Christmas market. Walk quiet a bit. it was snowing and super cold! I wire them with thermal socks! 1 hour after being out walking in the cold (there was no snow on the ground, just water) and my toes were starting to get super cold! I would say they are not good if you plan on being out in the cold for longer than an hour.Pros: They are super light (I wore them on the plane and never had to take them off (8.5 hour flight)They are super cute with jeans and leggings!Very comfortable!Cons: Not good for long periods of time out in the cold (one hour max)Not that great traction, be careful when walking on icy roads/streetsPricey for what you get

The fit, 8.5 fits as expected, with thicker socks, so I'm pleased. The boots appear new and overall appear to be the same shape, no irregularities between the boots. My concern is the stitching/finishing quality, it isn't what I would expect from Sperry. They are comfortable, will know soon if they leak in rain. That's why 3 stars, have concerns. Will follow up if needed.3/17. Adding an update: I was standing in water, about an inch or so, sweeping water away from patio door, for about an hour, during rain storm. They leaked, my socks were saturated. I know they are not water proof, however I was expecting better. Will most likely not purchase again, they always performed better than this.

Boots are comfortable and warm however afterMy 19 year old daughter wore these 1 time the black material around the lace area started coming off and showing white!!! Too much money to pay for poor quality!!!!

Arrived quicker than expected. Looks better in person. I bought a 1/2 size up knowing that I will be layering my sock game and really glad I did because it is true to size. I was also a bit worried that the rubber part would be extra shiny but it’s not. Very comfortable shoes. Happy with my purchase!

Even with the zipper down, I could not get these over my foot. I have a very narrow foot and am a true 81/2 size. I ordered my size and could not get them over my foot. With the stylish dangly laces, the laces do not loosen to assist in getting these over the foot. It’s a shame. I would not go a half size up just to get them on, because then the actual foot form would be too big. I will look for Velcro or lower cut versions. If you have big feet or large ankles, AVOID THESE.

I’m more than sure these are not authentic Sperrys. As soon as I took them out of the box I knew something wasn’t right. Besides the tear in the seam of the boot these are VERY cheaply made. Sent back in the same 24 hours for a refund, and ordered real sperrys from their website for the same price these knockoffs were sold for.

Love my shoes!! I went down half a size when I ordered and they fit perfect, I love that they are water proof and they are so comfy.
