Cleansing brush
I love that this cleansing brush has the red light and blue. The red penetrates below the skins surface and helps to induce collagen, the blue light kills bacteria that causes spots. However I’m not sure the wavelength is strong enough to penetrate enough to give these benefits. And if not then it’s just a novelty light.I wouldn’t bother with the yellow light as there’s not a lot of research in do whether it can do anythingAlong with the lights it also helps to take makeup off and remove dirt and clear pores, all of which it seems to do fairly well

It’s decent but not amazing
This is very easy to operate and use and after the first time I used it I noticed that my skin looked a lot clearer, especially around my nose and that my skin felt nice and soft.I would really make sure that you clean the brush thoroughly between uses because it can probably cause unwanted acne and/or irritation.I also make sure to apply some nourishing and hydrating serums and creams afterwards because it can cause your skin to dry out.I think that the different vibration setting are a pointless feature and make it sound like you’re using something else in the bathroom.I first started using this daily but now I only use it when I really feel like my skin needs a deep clean (so about once or twice a week) because I noticed it began to really make my skin worse.I do think that light therapy works but I don’t think you’ll notice much of a difference with this unless you really take your time to map over the skin.I’d also recommend not pressing too hard with the brush. That being said, this really helped around my chin area where I had hyperpigmentation and super dry patches. My hyperpigmentation hasn’t gone but I has reduced a lot because I’ve been concentrating the light it on that area.I’d recommend using this with a foaming cleanser as oil based ones tend to stick to the wand.

good cleansing brush
I've been using cleansing brushes for many years and thought I'd retire my Clarisonic Mia 2 which I've been using for god knows how many years. I was therefore very excited when this popped up, I've never tried a silicone facial cleansing brush before and was intrigued as this also includes different LED light settings. First of all I like that it's silicone and you don't have to buy replacement brush heads. This is a lot more convenient than my previous cleansing brush where I had to replace the brush head every couple of months. It's a good size and fits into your hand comfortably and is super easy to navigate. It's fairly lightweight as well. I like that it charges super quickly as well and it comes with a USB cable provided. It comes with different LED light settings, my favourite being the red one which helps fight wrinkles and fine line and also improves skin firmness. The facial brush also comes with different pulse settings so you can choose which ones work best for you and your skin.I have skin that can be prone to irritation but I haven't had any issues when using this at all, my skin felt very soft afterwards.

I think if you have a skincare routine this would be an bonus
This is quite an expensive cleaning brush. I've been using the yellow light fir hyperpigmentaion. I feel it has helpful but it fits in with my already set routine which is how I feel You would get the best out of this brush. Not alone but with a skincare routine

LED Light Therapy Cleansing Brush
This LED light cleansing brush came beautifully presented in a heavyweight, sturdy branded box, suitable for gifting. Upon opening the box contains the cleansing brush, a spare plastic insert to keep the device waterproof in case you lose the original, a USB cable for charging, a warranty card and an instruction manual.Previous to this I hadn’t heard of light treatments before, so I was very intrigued – after a bit of research I was excited to try this out as there is a lot of positive research on the use of light to help with skincare. The cleansing brush itself is very durable, but it would have been useful if there had been a storage pouch included. The device itself is reasonably lightweight and would be easy to take away with you.It comes with 3 light therapy treatments:• Blue light therapy (476 – 495nm): for targeting oil producing follicles, making them less active. Regular use helps with treatment of spots / blemishes and reduce the appearance of scars. Targets oiliness and bacteria.• Yellow light therapy (590 – 620nm): stimulates blood flow and can be used to treat hyperpigmentation leaving skin more radiant and glowing. Improves radiance and complexion.• Red light therapy (620 – 750nm): improves skin firmness and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It is easy to use with a simple power button on the front which cycles through the four micro sonic vibrations settings and a light button which similarly cycles through the three different coloured wavelengths which gives you a great amount of flexibility. It charges quickly with the provided USB cable and when the cleansing brush finishes charging the light turns from red to blue. The 2-minute timer does not appear to work but in all honesty, I am not too bothered about this. It has an ergonomic design with good grip and manoeuvrability.I used a foaming cleanser with this device, which massaged onto my face well – it gave a very relaxing experience. The silicone bristles were fairly easy to clean as the device is waterproof. I used the red wavelength but to be honest haven’t seen any difference yet. Light therapy is proven to work but I am uncertain whether there is enough light and exposure for this to be doing anything – only time will tell on this front. However, in terms of the cleansing brush itself it did leave my skin feeling clean and soft and it great as a part of a skincare routine.Priced at £70 at the time of reviewing this is quite an expensive cleansing brush particularly when I’m unsure about the light therapy component of this device, but it is well built. Personally, I would buy two separate devices that concentrate on the individual functions, but as a cleansing brush only this device is excellent.

Jury’s out on the benefit to my skin
Okay so this comes with three different light settings depending on what you want to use it for, I use the red light to help with skin texture. It also vibrates and you simply use it with your cleanser to exfoliate the skin. It came with some charge in already and is rechargeable by USB.It’s rather pricey so I would only get if you know this kind of thing works for your skin.
